nice game.  I enjoyed the easy controls and the fast pace. I did not feel a lot the acceleration, it took me some time to understand that it was usefull.

The fact that the camera zooms back to show the whole level before sooming in you position is cool, but for the big levels, you dont have time to think, it zooms very quickely.

Really enjoyed this submission.

Basic controls felt really intuitive and the level pack was really well arranged.
If this was to be developed into something bigger I 'd give players additional reasons to want to go fast (either as a requirement to beat an obstacle, or a reward for going fast)

Hey thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed the game.

Thanks for playing!

This was very fun! The lack of bgm felt a little bit weird. But overall, I really enjoyed it!

Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for playing!

It was a very well done.

for me who have a sticky keyboard when i play was alittle to hard for me, but i think its intended. also i fell that the music messing.

but over all, a great game!

Thanks! Glad to hear you enjoyed it. Music is something I want to add in future updates.

Thanks for playing!

this is super addicting, my soul kind of left everytime i died but the feeling of getting it is so satisfying! i really enjoyed this game and maybe it could have used some background music -- but overall solid!

Developer

Thanks for your feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Music was something I wanted to add, but was a lower priority as I was sort of rushed for time at the end of the jam. I ended coming up with a few short loops, but I none of them really felt like they fit the overall tone. They were also relatively short and I was worried they would quickly become repetitive, so I opted to leave out the music.

I have some things I would like to add to the game after the jam and music is definitely one of them.

Thanks for playing!

Nice, catchy game. Reminds me of some child games with the two metal items. However, it gets quite fast a bit repetitive, maybe an alternative mechanic would be nice.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback. I definitely think there are some things I could expand on to add more variety.

Thanks for playing!

I think I might have died more in this game than in any other in this jam :D great job though, simple concept but very fun excecution!

I thinks this a 10/10 in my opnion on the gameplay part. Really neat puzzles with a good concept for a good indie game that i would totally buy on steam just to get 1 year to beat cuz there are alot of courses. The music when you beat the game is great, i just wish there was music during stages but thats okay. I finished with 373 deaths, its great to just drift away with the plug hahahaha

Thank you very much! I'm glad you enjoyed it.

227 retries! I'm bad but not enough to quit. Super addicting game. The design of each level is really well thought out, difficult enough to get you but fair enough to make you want to keep playing when you die over and over. Also, really well done on gradually implementing new things that affect the plug. I like the music at the end and at first I wished that there was some bgm, but somehow the quiet seems more fitting.

Developer

Nicely done! I'm glad to hear you found the levels design and mechanics engaging.

As for the music (or lack thereof) I originally wanted to add some main background music, but I couldn't come up with anything I felt fit the game in the time I had left so I decided to leave it silent. My thought was that the silence would have a "zen" sort of focus effect versus having a short loop which might become grating as the player plays through the game. So maybe in your case my decision worked out, lol.

In the end I came up with the end screen music in about the last 30 minutes of work I did on the game as I wanted to have the game end on an upbeat feeling once players had cleared all the levels.

Thanks for your feedback and thanks for playing!

This was a great challenge, and it had one of my personal hallmarks of a successful game: I wanted to keep playing until I beat it. It's that kind of compact and polished challenge I like to see, and I'm glad I got to play!

Thank you for your kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

This game was so much fun! Simple yet challenging.

And the ending was just sooo creative and well done hahaha
Don't want to spoiler anyone, but you know what I mean :)

Very cool submission~

Wow that's quite the improvement! Thanks for the update; It's really motivating to know that people continue to play my game!

A fun game with a neat concept. The fact that you respawn so quickly after dying makes the game very addictive; it means that you get the feeling "just one more try" repeatedly all the way until finishing the game!

Developer

Thank you! I intentionally made the respawns very short for that very reason so I'm glad you picked up on that.

Thanks for playing!

Very nice art and smooth mechanics. The music however was a bit lacking.

Developer

Thanks! I wanted to do more with music for submission, but I had to prioritize other features over making music and unfortunately I ran out of time.

Thanks for playing!

Awesome game! Love some of the different elements you added like the teleporter, and the redirection circle. Makes the game feel even more fleshed out. Beat the game in 6 minutes and 48 seconds with 48 retries. Not too difficult would definitely play this game again if more was added.  Nice Job!

Developer(+1)

Nicely done! The different elements are something I definitely would like to expand on in the future as I feel they add a lot of variety to the game.

Thanks for playing!

I like these games when a simple mechanic is explored in multiple ways. Challenging but keeps you wanting to win, good job!

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for playing!

I feel like in a certain level I had to stop playing. It's a fun and great game but it gets super challenging. Inversion of the controls areas especially. Maybe it's because I've not played enough of games that invert controls

Developer

Difficulty is definitely something that I would be more aware of if I were to continue working on the game. Over the course of testing the game, I became used to the difficulty, so it was harder to imagine how a new player would feel playing the game.

However, I'm glad to hear that you were able to still enjoy the game despite the difficulty. Thanks for playing!
