Not my favorite subject matter, but really well executed on all fronts otherwise!
This was a really neat game!
I really liked the scribbly artwork and heavy use of dithering. It really gave the game a stark visual style and helped sell the creepy tone.
I also really like how the creepy atmosphere slowly grows more apparent as the character struggles with their actions. It really adds to the narrative drive of the game and helps visually emphasize how they are feeling.
One thing I think that could be interesting to expand on would be additional dialogue after certain triggers or maybe even different paths/endings the player could find. One example is on day one where the player character realizes they don't have any money. Out of curiosity, the first thing I tried was going back to the house to see if there would be any different dialogue with the character's mother.
Overall, a very interesting experience. Well done!
Nice aesthetic! I was a bit confused by the controls, but once I got it going it made for a great, slightly unnerving narrative!
Congratulations for the surreal touch, I really liked the Art and writing, it's a great team work
So good!! Loved the art style, reminds me of old school flipnotes! For such a short game, the story left an impact. Only thing would be some indication of where to go and the interact key. Other than that, very solid game!
noooo im sorry little bird, Loved the gampelay and the astmosphere that game gives. Arts are really cool.
I really like the art-style and how everything got more cursed every day. The visuals & story are definitely there and i'm a big fan of leaving most questions unanswered. However I did find the audio lacking, I think it would've added a lot more to the experience and emphasized the unnerving look of everything in the final scenes. -Mike
