Thank you for the detailed feedback! I’m glad the gameplay grew on you and that you enjoyed the last couple of levels. I also agree that the transformations could have played a bigger role. I’d like to explore that more if I continue developing the game after the jam.

A very polished game! I loved the visuals, the gameplay, and the gamepad support. Checkpoints would have been nice, but I think skipping them also makes sense for this kind of speedrun game. Great job!

Thank you for the detailed feedback! I really appreciate it. I can definitely see what you mean about the later stages becoming more of a consistency challenge. While building the stages, I realized I personally tend to enjoy that kind of challenge. Thanks for the wall jump suggestion as well!

A very unique game! I found the controls a bit difficult to get used to, but it’s a really interesting concept.

I love the art style, and the gamepad support is a nice touch. I made it to the end!

A challenging and fun game. Great work!

Obrigado! I’m glad you liked the black-and-white style and the gameplay. I agree that it could use more variety, and I’d like to explore the transformation mechanics more in future updates.

Thanks for the feedback! There are a few later stages where you have to ride a larva to progress, but I agree that I could have done more to give each transformation its own unique role.

Thank you!

Thank you!

Good game! I enjoyed it.

Wow, this is incredible! The visuals are gorgeous, the gameplay is fantastic, and everything feels so polished. Amazing work!

Wow, thank you so much for the kind comment! This is my 10th jam game since I started last year. One thing I’ve learned the hard way is how important tutorials and a smooth learning curve are. I’m really happy to hear that it came across in this game.

The animal transformations are a nice touch!

Very thrilling! I never knew when I’d stumble next. Maybe that could be telegraphed a bit more.

Wow, great metroridvania! I love it.

The art style is really charming!

I love the double jump and wall jump.

Interesting take on a 3D platformer.

It’s fun to play!

Thanks for the feedback! I agree the audio could use more variety. Sound design isn’t my strongest skill, so I’ll definitely try to improve it in future updates.

Thanks! That’s great to hear. I really wanted to capture the feeling that makes Vampire Survivors so hard to put down, while adding a twist of my own. Glad you made it to the 5 minute mark!

Thanks! I wanted to try a different spin on the Survivors formula. Glad you enjoyed it!

What a unique idea!

Thanks! Glad you liked it.

Very cute, but with a satisfying level of challenge.

Thanks! Losing track of time while playing is about the best outcome I could ask for.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It gives the game a lot of charm.

Thank you!

I would have preferred the early game to be a bit easier, but it’s satisfying to improve through your own skill and get better with each run.

Thanks! I’ve played a lot of Survivors likes over the years, so I wanted to see if I could make my own take on the genre. Glad you enjoyed it!

It’s a surprisingly deep game.

Simple and easy to understand, yet surprisingly engaging.

The mouse-only controls are excellent. Simple, intuitive, and comfortable to play.

The theme matches the gameplay really well. The enemy movement speed might work better if it ramped up a bit more slowly at the start.

Thanks, glad you liked the concept. A bit of sideways drift near the hook point would definitely be cool.

The Time Tides switching gets really hectic in a good way, which made the platforming pretty addictive. I’d love gamepad support for this.

I liked exploring the wide beach, and the mechanic where carrying more slows you down works well. It might add more tension if valuable items were farther from Schmitt, or if the tide could wash items away over time.

Thanks. yeah, I was definitely trying to channel that classic Jaws style tension cue when the sharks start showing up.

Thanks. Yeah, with only 48 hours, I wanted to keep the scope manageable. The buoy overlap is mostly a layering issue.
