Great style, but bad controls. Good job!

How does your game fit the theme?
The game is a shooter where instead of playing as the one who shoots the bullet, you play as the bullet itself

The intentional use of poor controls is by design because you have the better-control upgrade (although some may get used to the default controls, so this upgrade becomes nearly useless XD). Also, try many shorter button presses rather than longer ones, its way easier to control this way.
Anyways, thanks for giving the game a try!
Incredibly fun and addicting! The upgrades make this so interesting and i really enjoyed it :)
This right here is a MASTERPIECE! Everything! The art and music mesh well together, the sound effects have a lot of impact which almost emulates tactile feedback like rumble motors on controllers. The dopamine I get when I land a shot! ( I have no words! ) This is fantastic :D Great Job! This would be a very interesting take on the Vampire Survivor-esque roguelite genre of games if polished further.
Veeery clever idea (and title!) with good execution too, wich isn’t easy in this case. Liked the game, although it feels clunky on some things (I got checkmated by playing flawlessly more than once, mainly because of bullet speed). I was left wanting to get to faster pace and become the bullet hell itself!
Thanks for playing! I highly recommend trying out the auto-destruct upgrade along with the reload one, so you can quickly return to the "player" and shoot again (thats how people cheese the game lol). Or you can just get many bullet speed upgrades XD. Anyway, thanks for the feedback! I really appreciate it.
wow I found this one of the most addicting games for the jam so far :) once you start getting a large amount of upgrades you feel really good and I love that the upgrades stack so it never really feels like youre wasting an upgrade or anything.
so good :) thanks
This is so far my favorite game jam project that I have been played!!! I was so impressed that you able to implement and design that many perks cards in such a short time as well as providing continuous fun and great feedback to player. I can't wait for the future version!
This was so excellent! I originally wanted to do an idea like this for the jam so it's extremely heartening that another group has done it, and probably better than I could have. I loved the upgrades so much. Well done!
Fantastic game. For a game that was made in 2 days its really broad in challenges and rewards.

Haha this is brilliant! Played for probably longer than I should have, was reaching 30 mins before I had to put it down. Very satisfying making bullets that are larger than the explosion radius! All that juice with the particle effects and screen shake was done to perfection. Really enjoyed it!
This one is really fun to play!
And the upgrades make it much replayable :)
I would like an upgrade that lets me be more aware of where enemies are going to spawn
PD: It also reminded me of the "wanted" movie haha
Had fun with this one! Really liked the upgrades and how they sort of nudge your playstyle, the bullet was a little hard to control at times but it didn't take away too much from the game. Well done!
A great, fun game with a cool concept. I'd recommend zooming the camera out a bit or giving some sort of indication as to which direction enemies are coming from as it was sometimes a bit frustrating trying to find them and/or being surprised by an enemy that snuck up on you. The "player" would also sometimes shoot me directly into a shield or a wall with no chance to avoid it meaning that you have to wait for the reloading time again. But it was still a great game despite these minor problems. Very well done! :D
I had planned a upgrade for the player's view range, but I forgot to implement it...
The issue of players shooting at walls and shields, I implemented measures such as verifying walls in the path before aiming. But there are still several specific situations that need addressing (such as when the character rotates between the aim position and shoots in the middle of rotation into a wall). Unfortunately, time was running out. One fix that some players may notice is that the bounce upgrade may prevent these accidents.
Anyway, thanks for taking the time to play and provide this feedback!
Nice work ! It's cool to play with a great bot.
Maybe it could be better to know where are the ennemies because sometimes I needed to bypass object and the enemy goes the opposite way.
A large view while the bot is playing and a zoom when the player control the bullet could help to see where is the ennemies.
The upgrades where cool, I didn't understand at first why it was possible to auto-destroy the bullet but the design of the game makes it an interesting mechanic.
Concerning the text of the the upgrades, the pixel shader makes it difficult to read.
Anyway, very fun to play and the game loop makes it fun to play it again and again.
Thanks for the feedback!
Yeah, I had initially planned to include an upgrade that increases the view range or shows enemy locations, but somehow I completely forgot about it in the middle of development. My bad!
Regarding the text, perhaps I should disable the swinging animation to improve readability, or change font?
This is a really fun game! I have to say tho.. what an irresponsible player .. I know we auto aim for him and all but please shoot me in the general direction of the enemy! haha
fun concept and nice enjoyable upgrade mechanics and all!
Well done.
