Oh yeah, I meant bigger :D, I don't know why I wrote harder. I guess my brain just stopped for a second.

The visuals were stunning, I would appreciate a swim up/down option (maybe there was one and I'm just blind). The beginning - definition, facts was quite interesting. Good job!

I think the ten minutes is a bit too long, personally, I believe it would be best if the hazards ramped up a bit faster. The character is a bit too slow by default in my opinion and while the speed-ups do help, once they run out, the game feels 100x slower than before. If you want to continue with this idea, I would probably add obstacles in the city, like houses with some walls inside or something. Also a tornado spawned right in my face at least twice, it felt a bit unfair. Other than that,  I think the movement was well made and the idea is reasonable. Good job!

I really liked the visuals, reminded me of surrealism. The movement felt a bit off to me. The mouse movement felt a bit buggy? But that's maybe just a webgl issue. Good job!

I liked the idea, but I would make the hitboxes a bit harder, maybe it's just a skill issue on my end tbh. Good job

cute game

omg, something happened. I really enjoyed the visuals, it looked really clean. Good job

For multiple-step recipes, like the tomato soup, you have to put in the first tomato, wait 1 alarm, put in another, wait once more and then take it out. I'm sorry, it's not really explained in the game.

(1 edit)

Firstly, thank you so much for the review, I'm very happy that you liked the artstyle. Yes, I wanted to put the multi-step recipes into the tutorial, but i ended up not having enough time. You have to put the first tomato, cook it for the length of one timer, put in the second tomato, start the timer again and then finish the recipe. Other than that, thank you so much for the feedback. If you find the time, it would be lovely to hear from you again, after having played some of the more difficult levels.

EDIT: I think there may be more people that didn't get the multi-stage recipes, I'm gonna write up a little tutorial on the game's page to hopefully make it a bet simpler to understand.

cool game

I actually had a similar idea when the theme was released, but I ended up not going with it. I had trouble understanding the dice game, but the others were quite fun.

I think a health counter could be a good idea. Other than that a great game. Good job

I think it would work quite well on mobile (maybe even in portrait mode), but I found the controls and not being to see far enough above the bomb a bit annoying. But other than that, it's a really cool game with awesome looking assets. Good job

At first it was a bit hard to understand, but when I got the hang of it, it was pretty fun, good  job.

It reminded me of bad piggies, cool game!

I think the toungue could be a bit faster. But it's a solid game. Good job

I liked some of the minigames, although I think the assets and music could use a bit more work. Good job!

cool game, i liked the artwork

With my two favourite games being The Return of the Obra Dinn and the Ace Attorney series, I was very excited when I learned this was a detective game. The story was great, the game looked great and the UI was very simple to understand. My only issue would be, that the game tells the player where the contradiction is and the last step could be boiled down to seeing, who has all of the three criteria filled out. I think giving the player room to think about the case for themselves would make the ending much more rewarding, but on the other side, I see how this being a jam submission, it's better to make it a bit easier, so that anyone can enjoy it. Overall, I enjoyed it quite a lot and it's one of the best games I have played so far this year. Great job!

You had some nice pixel art sprites, but i think making the game pixel perfect would make them look much better, other than that, i enjoyed the gamplay, good game.

The movement felt a bit off, cool game though.

I got 11:2, great game, better than fifa

The last level took me longer than I'm prepared to admit. Good job!

It's a cool idea, I think some rogue-like elements would make it even better

I enjoyed it, but I'm not sure what I was supposed to do.

I was a bit confused, but it looked great

Cool game, I'm not sure some of the random effects work as intended.

I liked the animations, but I feel like a blocking option would be nice. Reminds me of Punch out

Cool game, some sound effects, particles and maybe screen shake could make the staff feel a lot more powerful

Awesome pixel art, the game is maybe a bit slow at the start. Great job

Got a bit under 100000, fun game.

I like how we did the same idea, but you did it with an anime girl. Instantly better

I really liked the stickers. I found a bug where you can spam right click on a sheep before it disappears, gaining multiple sleep points. Great game though.

great game

I made it to 22 seconds max, I'm not sure the TV worked with the generator? I think I should've gotten 4x the time, I don't think I got that. But I really enjoyed finding the code and trying to rush. The graphics were lovely. Great game

cool game

I ran into a bug with the bridge tile, that kept sending me back to the beggining, otherwise, cool game.

An absolute banger. Loved the idea, the artstyle, everything. I found myself wanting for my child to perish. Oh well...

Overall a pretty solid game. I think the blinking animation could be a bit easier on the eyes. Good job!

Great seeing another take on a similar idea. Good job!
