Cool game! Looks like you've gotten a lot of the same feedback I would give. Aside from that, the intro sequence when it says to press Space to initially spawn is oddly slow, so it's not clear if you're supposed to be doing anything or not. I like the groovy Earthbound-y background patterns, and how they and the music are randomized.

Also the Cool Cats team logo is rad. :D

Looked great and seemed very polished, and the explosion ability felt satisfying to use, but i agree with others that it seems there should be a way to recharge flame. the zoom out at the end makes it seem like it would be possible to burn the whole building, but I was only ever able to make it like halfway across. I think theres a lot of potential here, just missing 1 or 2 mechanics. I think the fans, and being able to hop down from higher ledge were also really interesting additions that players would have to consider to maximize their destruction

Great visual and level of polishing! Love setting things on fire!!! Good job!

Very interesting concept, I love the crunchiness of the combustion. I like the built in tutorial to show how to ignite, however I wasn't really able to figure out how to keep my self charged, so I often was just running around trying to put as much on fire as possible (that was clear), but I kept dying shortly after. Other than that, everything really comes together nicely, the art is consistent, the audio is matching the gameplay really well, setting the proper vibes... All in all, a great entry, certainly top tier on the theme interpretation ! :)

A fun idea, feels great to play and is satisfying but I feel like I'm missing a mechanic because it wasn't clear how to recharge my flame and once I was a pile of ash it zoomed out and nothing else seemed to happen. A small tutorial to explain this would have been nice.

Really cool! Feels satisfaying to burn stuff :D Like the visuals. Only thing I could not figure out how to recharge fire :/

Great game! I'm no sure if it's possible to burn everything down with how fast than character burns out, but I really enjoy repeating the process over and over by choosing different routs.

Pretty cute game, burning stuff was very fun! Highest score was 325133. Great job!

Hilarious idea, perfect for pyromaniacs XD

Charming, pixel-art style which fits nicely :)

Only the controls felt a bit weird. Space didn't register initially, and collisions sometimes made me stuck.

I like the idea of burning everything down, remind me of Little Inferno!, but I'm not sure how the player can recharge the fire, the art, animation, and movement is really polished tho

I like chill music =D

Very cute game and nice mechanics! I loved the "game lost" screen ahhaha also the music was a vibe, ngl i would listen to that on loop for 30 minutes. Also i liked that there were additional stuff around the house that added more to the gameplay like the fan. Good job!!

Cute game! Lovely! Light them up!

Lovely graphics, and just viscerally satisfying to catch things on fire! Great job

Loved the sandbox nature of the game, the music and (especially!) the randomized backgrounds. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the way to replenish your fire meter, and I guess I wasn't the only one with this issue. Still a very cool submission!

Fun game. Really like the graphics and the gameplay is satisfying. Couldn't figure out how to keep my guy from going out if there is a way to do that though

Very cool! I like the trippy background effects. Also the game crashed for me a couple times on the score screen, I think it only happened when I got above 200k score.

A pretty cool idea with good presentation, but even after playing a bunch of rounds it was never clear to me whether it's possible to gain your fire back, so I kept basically just going until the timer ran out. Also I think it'd be cool there was something to add to the tension, like if you were running from a sprinkler or something.

idk if there was a way to refuel myself but i would have liked that.

Cute idea for a game, great use of squash-and-stretch too!
