I love the simplistic vibe, it gives a nice charm to the game!

Developer

Thank you, I definitely think this is one of my better games.

Looks a bit janky, but plays nice. I found the sound effects to be really satisfying. Also, every game where the main menu is interactable is good by default!

Developer

Thankyou

i def didn't break this.

Developer

I saw the stream you needed to Fullscreen, thanks for trying though.

Neat. I felt like a scared fishy!

Can't play. You should consider adding a mac/web build after the jam!

Nice little game, really like the fact that you can already learn the game in the menu! Highest score was 48.

Loved the primitive shape graphics. Very charming little game that fits the theme. Good job!

great job! Harder than I expected!

Aww! I love the lil fish! And the blooping sound effects when you click are really cute! Nice work!

I enjoyed the minimal graphics and thought the fish was cute. I think the tutorial screen needs to be scaled based on the player's monitor resolution, because it doesn't show correctly in windowed mode.

Sorry about that, multiple people have mentioned things like this but I didn't think about it before the jam. Glad you still enjoyed the graphics though

Nice work! Loved the simplicity and the visuals were nice.

Really cool and simple game! I could see beyond the world when playing in fullscreen however and the music just stopped after a few minutes. Still a very nice submission!

Developer

sorry about that, I thought I got the music to loop but I guess not, hope you still enjoyed the game though.

Submitted

I did! The core gameplay is very enjoyable

Developer

If you ever want to play the game with looping music I think I've got it looping so I'll put an updated version up soon in itch.io after the jam.

Submitted

Very simple and enjoyable. The graphics are minimal, which adds to its charm. Congratulations on the game!

Lovely game, I liked the visual effects on the button clicks!

Fun game and a nice twist on the fishing genre! I really enjoyed the comfy vibe of it with the chill music. I do think that a little visual indication of buttons being hovered on, and the direction you would be bringing the fish to would just be a cherry on top to make it feel better.
All in all a Great game though!

Developer

Thank you, I usually have an indication of hovering, but I must've forgotten for this game.

Fun little game! I always try to give feedback, so for this one I would say to not make the sky take up so much space. The focus should be on the water with way less sky showing. Hope that helps!

Thank you, I thought about that but then I would have to go back and change a bunch of code.

Nice game!

We had similar ideas! Great game!

This has got a really understated charm. Everything is working together to create a really relaxing minimalist dodge-em-up and it all works so well. Nice work!

Thankyou, I just started getting into godot about a year ago
