How does your game fit the theme?
Hurting enemies hurts yourself and enemy attacks heal you, the mechanical role of "attacking" and "being attacked" were reversed. Also, upgrades help the enemy but hinder you

heheh the art really reminded me of soul knight, and I like the clever take on the theme! Great job!
It looks very pleasing and the concept is interesting, the pixel art looks very good. Really nice art and cool idea. :)
Very nice take on the theme and really nice sprites!
I feel like there needs to be some sort of limit to how much healing the player can take from priests. To me, the optimal way to play seems to be just pressing left and right repeatedly (so that the wizard effectively stays in place without taking damage over time) while surrounded by priests. This way I could offset any damage taken from damaging priests since I would be always be hit by priests.
Overall, a great submission!
Cool damaging/healing system. the game needs different tiers of priests and more variation. I found a way to shove some priests into some walls while shooting causing them to die fast while sometime teleporting to the other side of the wall.
The mechanics confused me at first, but I got the hang of them. Nice art and the upgrade system was unexpected but awesome.
Very cool idea and fun gameplay. I like how it's more of a balancing stats game than a top down shooter!
This fits the theme really well. The game is really well balanced the fact that standing still makes you lose health to prevent you from milking priests or the curses that occasionally occur to make the enemies a bit more dangerous. I also love the upgrades they made me think about what to prioritize. Yeah I love this game well done.
Nice work! Took a bit to get the grasp of it until the upgrades rolled in. I think it might help a bit to either make the first wave smaller or start the player off with one of the perks. Very fun!
Very nicely made! The text feels like it can sometimes be a bit hard to read, because of it being very busy on a very busy background, but if that is the most negative thing I can find, then I think you did great! Definitely enjoyed playing it.
i didn't really "get" the idea until the first upgrade, but then i was immediately sold. every time i had to pick one i instinctively locked into something i thought sounded really good (or at least it would normally), only to think "wait it's actually gonna do the opposite oh no"
it's a really fun experience and as others have said it's def something you could explore further if you want
This game is pretty fun! One of the most polished entries I’ve played. It does leave me kind of confused about the goal of the game, since even though Merlin doesn’t know they’re there to help him, since I do, it removes a lot of the challenge that enemies normally bring.
I did find a bug though: the priests keep their upgrades after you restart.
Perfect concept of the game. Only shooting, but it's not so easy to defeat the enemies.
I love the concept, it fits the theme perfectly and you made great use of it.
I found the constant spawn of healing items great because it gave a real purpose to moving in the room. Other than that, I had fun and the rules were simple enough to understand!
Well done!
