I liked the use of an active battle system with the "one hit" limitation. At first I was confused and didn't know what to do, but when I remembered the limitation, I switched to a "He who strikes first, wins" approach, and that seemed to work pretty well! We wanted to create fake battle scenes for our game, but didn't have enough time. I think an evasion based system could work out for a game like this. Really enjoyed the team's work, and great job on the voice over work!

How was your experience with Mini Jam?
We managed to finish it and we are amazed on how great a game with Voice Acting can make a difference.We kept on updating the game every few hours to keep a good workflow!! This opportunity was one of a kind <3

I really liked the character art and the sound/music, they both went well together. I'm not familiar with turn based RPGs, is it normal to get attacked before if I take to long to attack? Anyway, well done, I enjoyed it!

If you play slowly the enemies will attack you too... I wanted to make a story oriented one so I made sure that the attack speed element of the monsters would be slower than us.
