Really love the idea and mechanics of the game. I wish the health bars would work, that would be helpful. Also, I was pretty confused at first, but I figured it out as I played. Great work for 10 days!

Cool game! I really liked the vibe of the game, and I liked playing around with all the abilities you had. The combat was pretty fun too! Although it was a bit unsatisfying hitting things, as it seemed like the health bars didn't really work? But regardless, still quite fun. :)

An addition I'd love to see you add to the game is different abilities for the different colored enemies and bosses! Of course, I get that there is only so much you can add in such a short amount of time. And given the time constraints, it's impressive the amount of content you were able to add. Good job! :)

Also, maybe you could check out and rate my game? :)

Developer

The health bar worked and then it didn't after a different bug fix. Coding can be challenging at times huh.  Thanks for checking it out.

I had a hard time figuring out your game. But then it was fun!:D

Do you mind, playing my game too?

Developer

Thanks for checking it out. Yours was fun as well

Really hard to hit stuff. Could tone the damage some from enemies hitting the player. I get a bit of .hack kindof vibes from this. Cool vibe. Be proud of what you did!

Kool vibe and feel to this game.
Aimings the main issue, but somthing future versions can easily fix :).
Great job on this! Well done!

Battle Mechs vs Battle Mages? Count me in!
You created a pretty good framework already! if you put some more work into the battle mechanics and make them more responsive you'll have a solid foundation.

First step should be to integrate that R-key function into every attack and get rid of it - or is there a good reason not to aim your attack towards the mouse automatically?

Developer

Wise words. Great idea, just 10 rush to get it down is the only reason. Thanks

As others have said aiming or perhaps a tab targeting system would be great, otherwise this is a great submission and really great work for 10 days. Well done!

Developer

Thanks. 10 days is a good challenge.

Submitted

I agree with others about aiming. It is a good game that made solo

Developer

Thanks for trying it.

I wreck havoc!

Developer

Let them suffer

Great work on this. The aiming could be a bit frustrating, and might have felt better if the right mouse button rotated toward the camera rather than the R button. I would try running toward guys and then casting a fireball, but movement seemed to add in some rotation that would make me miss.

Developer

The right mouse button could be a good idea. Thanks for playing and commenting

I think it would be better to introduce the spells one at a time, it was hard to remember what they all did.
Was there no enemy AI? I didn't seem to get attacked at all. I mostly used the long-range spell as the others were very short range and targeting was difficult, I'm not sure what the difference was between them.
You got a lot done in the time so you should be proud of your efforts, just need to work on the new player experience

Developer

Thanks. All very valid points. The enemy AI was basically one line of code that seems to not always work too well. I'll have to learn more after the rating is done. One spell at a time is also a great idea.

Great little game, I had trouble at first seeing the mouse pointer as its similar to the ground colour.

Other then that, really fun, good job

The WebGL player unfortunately doesn't seem to be loading for me :(

Developer

Just this game or for all WebGL games?

Submitted

Just this one. others work fine.

Developer

Curious, it seems to work here no matter if I use chrome or IE.

Congratulations on making this one ! A lot of nice spells that you were able to put together :) Nice game !

Thanks for the game. I had some issues with the targeting but interesting mechanics.

Hey, nice work on the game! I like the style you're going for with this. It was hard for me to remember which ability does what, but after a few tries I was able to figure it out and it was fun to master what works best in each situation.

Impressive game and interesting skill mechanics! Like this game :)

Submitted

Good job on the submission! I was a little unclear on where to go or what to do on my first try - it would have been nice to have some kind of indication or clues in the level environment to help out with that. But well done and keep making games! 😎

Developer

Thanks. very valid point. A path would have been nice. Thanks for the comments

this game makes a lot of fun, just need to include more stuff in it

Developer

I agree. thanks for giving it a go
