How does you game fit the theme?
You have to distinguish between real people and ghosts (not real people) as a ticket seller.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
The code and graphics were all made by us especially for the game.
Except for the sound effects and the music, we used several purchased libraries.

A very creepy game with incredible art although I think the game is kind of simple. In my opinion, a way to fix this would be to have a short (around a few seconds) timer for each person and if you don't do the necessary thing in time you fail with a roughly minute long timer for the entire shift. It would've given it more frantic and quick gameplay where you have to look for hints of paranormal stuff as soon as possible and hope your eyes aren't pulling tricks on you. Aside from that , this is a great first game and I hope you make more in the future!
Too easy and a bit of repetitive regarding the mechanic of distinguish one from the other. But other than this: AWESOME game and very well done regarding the theme! :-) I played through several nights nonetheless, because of the superb artwork. I really loved to see how the next person looks like. This is what kept me going. I like the variety of people and ghosts and some ghosts are very creative and some people made me stop and look at them for a bit before giving them a ticket, because of the nice look of clothes, face, hair and colors. I image the game could be fleshed out even more with speech bubbles or movements like at least eye blinking or item to give them even more personality. Ghosts for example could say something like "Oh the ripped shirt? Just a wardrobe malfunction, nothing serioues". ;-)
At first I was too busy looking at the color of the ticket because the indication it is red or blue is hard to see, so I didn't even notice there were ghost people.
Throw crucify on all humain, gave tickets to all ghost... How did I not REALLY win ! Ahah well done tho
I like the overall idea being stuck in a ticket office while different characters step up to your window. And - oh my god - these ghost: They look so creepy!! The art is very convincing, sound design gets a bit repetitive after some time. But overall: Congratulations, a neat little gameplay idea very well executed!
super fun little game! love the style and vibe, great concept as well with the theme. I would have loved a more vibrant and noticeable difference between the ticket colors but I liked the art style so much that it didn't matter. great work y'all!!
This reminds me of my days at Opera. The theatre was old and that was the appeal. Condemn it after 500 years because of a little haunt? What rubbish. The show must go on.
Nice game. The graphics and audio are great. The game play and concept was good. The only thing was that it was a little repetitive but that makes sense since its a small game made in a week for the game jam.
Overall a really solid entry to the game jam.
Wow, cool small little game! Art style was fitting and consistent. Definitely looked self-made. That 8-bit soundtrack was meant to be in there! Great job, good product :)
