"by forcing you to hold the space bar, physically joining you and your computer" Haha, this is the most unique and funny interpretation to the theme I've seen so far in this jam :D The graphics and visual effects of the game are really amazing. The music and SFX are also pretty good. The game mechanics are also very fun. I just feel it a little hard to press all the letters when my left hand is holding the space key. Overall, this is really a nice work for 48 hours! Had a lot of fun!

This game was chaos as I have never previously prepared for. It was the most intense game of computer twister I've ever played, and I never thought I'd be stringing a sentence like that together. A wonderfully unique concept, a fresh take on the theme, I had so much fun playing it. The visuals and music only added to that, fantastic job with both! Kudos for creating them in the jam. I think my high score ended up somewhere in the 7,000 area (after two attempts) and that was when my hand got a bit too sore and my planet exploded. Got to say, it's a great hand workout too- not only does it connect the player to the computer, it gives their hand a good stretch.

A great take on the theme, that works really well! For some reason, after I played a couple of rounds the letter bullets stopped destroying the asteroids, even when it was the correct letter. Did I miss something or is this a glitch. Anyway, really great concept and amazing visuals and sound!

Interesting concept. I don't think it fits the theme very well, but it's very pretty and fun to play!

I really like this game! Great idea and amazing realization! At some point it becomes complicated! You have to tell me how to press the space bar, "O" and "Z", and shoot using the game at the same time.. I only have two hands hahahaha!

Very interesting mechanic. It was sometimes a bit hard to press all the keys needed to kill a asteroids and it was a bit slow in the beginning. But overall a great game!

Super-Interesting! Most unique (and funnest) concept I've seen! I got the ALTF4 and pressed it before I had time to think, haha. The graphics and music are also amazing!

I think it's a little undemanding/repetitive at the start. If there were some very moving slow, but just a lot of them, it could be a better difficulty ramp?

It also took me a second to understand what the game wanted me to do, because the buttons aren't very clear when they light up on screen.

REALLY well done though!

Very interesting! it felt like I was playing twister with my fingers trying to keep my planet together! The only issue i had was when numbers were introduced, I couldn't tell the difference between 6 and G. not sure If a colour differentiation may be helpful. Great work!

This is such a cool game! it took me a bit to realize that I had to keep holding space,  but once I did I had so much fun with it! You guys did a great job with the color pallet and the music really gives that space vibe.  good work!

It's really good arcade game! One of bug(?) that happened to me is when there's PgUp meteor, my screen suddenly go to top haha. Overall, I'm enjoying it

Oh dont worry that was part of the fun! We also hid an alt tab and alt f4 asteroid in there just to mess with people :)

It's a very clever idea that reminds me of Girp by Bennet Foddy. Trying to focus on so many things at once was a fun challenge that I really appreciated. The only negative is that how you play isn't that obvious at first. Well done all around.

I think, with a bit of tweaking, that this could become an awesome game to teach people how to type, I'm serious, lots of potential and it would be so much cooler than the way I learnt by typing words in text program that tells you when you made a mistake.

Seriously, I think this has a huge potential beyond the jam!

Now for the jam, a very good looking game, the music is relaxing which is nice and the theme is interpreted quite literally by forcing you to hold the spacebar, very interesting and well done!

We were actually thinking of going back to this after the jam and looking for a way to make it more educational. The typing programs I had growing up were awful as well.

Fun game!  Makes me stretch my hand in times to reach that dreaded I character ... so far away!  Very nice 8bit atmosphere, the graphics are really good.  I like that I have to physically join something instead of linking bullets/characters.  This way the game happens both in the machine and the real world, I think that is a truly unique approach.

Developer

Thank you! We tried quite hard to push that human/computer interface idea to the forefront and are glad it worked!

Twister for your hands is right. Good job with the theme and the presentation
