Haha, this was great! Really fun concept, strange (but oddly fitting) visuals and having the same questions but tuning them to each interviewer's personality was a smart move. I would say the game stretches on a biiit too long, especially by the time you get to the third interviewer -- maybe having 8-10 questions each instead of 12 would've helped the pacing here.

Fit the theme incredibly well, and pretty impressive for 72 hours. Really nice work, guys! Top marks on this one!

Thank you so much! We are considering condensing it a little bit and adding intro/outtro statements for each interviewer to explain things better after the jam rating is over. ^^

what a cool game! the visuals are just so different. very nice use of the theme!

Well-presented and original. I have honestly never wanted to fail a job interview so hard! XD

Wow great game! Damn that second guy is cool XD. I got hired :(, gotta practice my skills.

Funny game with really good machanics!!!

I like the interpretation of the topic in your game a lot. Although i unfortunately got the job, what a shame.

I love the visuals, they are very weird ngl, but fit well into the overall picture.

It's a well polished game, with an awesome concept. Good job.

I like this reverse-dating-sim concept and the fact that you kinda connected it to glitcheon :D Also the voicelines are so weirdly amusing

Developer(+1)

Doing the voice recordings was a weird experience, I can assure you that! :D

I like the concept a lot! I was a bit confused at first but halfway through the first interview, I was able to get what's going on.  I like how each interviewer's personality was revealed pretty quickly, which adds a level of fairness. The game felt polished and was very engaging. Great job!

Nice twist and fits perfectly to the theme. The dialogs are great, sometime really hard to choose the wrong, I mean the good answer. It has never been easier to get a job.

Woah, it's incredible that this was made in only 3 days - it's really well polished, and the backgrounds are all well made too, so great work! The dialogue was well written too and was funny throughout, even with the same questions being asked, and each character felt unique in their own way too. It was a little tedious having to ask the same questions each time for each interviewer, but then their personalities helped make it more interesting, which was nice. I really liked the game overall, and it very impressive for only 3 days of work - very well done!

A very creative concept and amazing graphics for a jam game, the game

felt too long for my taste tho, especially if the game is meant to be
re-played, but aside from that, INCREDIBLE job on the game!

Developer

Thank you for the feedback! I think one playthrough is normally enough, since the endings are not that different from each other. You're right though, I think not having everyone ask every question would be a little better. Maybe 10 instead of 12 per person.

I kind of fell in love with Greg. The music fits the visuals very well!

Developer

Vote Greg and he'll love you right back <3

This is a really good game, although it took me quite a while to beat. Why do you do this to me, Greg? Why do you like whatever crap I say? Anyways, it's amazing how many reaction images there are! The idea also fits the theme super well. Good job

Developer

Greg has to keep us his wholesome public image so people vote for him based on that ;)

I love the art and sound, when I open the game I was like wow is this a released game lol? really cool art and UI/UX. The only complaint is it's hard to see if I get good or bad choices based on their face and response, especially I'm not a native speaker, so next time I might still not sure which to choose.

But overall a good game! I wish I can answer this way in my interview haha (no don't

Developer

Heyo! Best advice I can give on judging if it was a good or bad answer is to look at their face, listen to their vocal reaction, and read the text. If it's still unclear it could be a so-so answer which doesn't help or hurt you. There are a few of those for sure with some of the characters.

Submitted(+1)

Funniest game of the jam for sure.  The art and music was absolutely amazing. The responses were ROFL - worthy and the game definitely has replayability. I loved how the interviewers all had different personalities. On that note, a little more explanation or something to indicate their personality at the beginning of the interview would have helped in deciding the correct ( technically wrong lol ) response for a question. Still, great game and concept.

Took me several tries to succeed to fail but finally done it :D

The visuals and sounds are stunning I had a hard time believing it was something made in only 3 days x) gg to all the team

Submitted(+2)

Took me two tries but i did it. Absolutely love the concept. Great job!

This game is just great! I loved the attitude of the second interviewer and felt bad making sure to reject me. Its extremelly well polished and its fully replayable. This game would definitely be featured by Jonas. You guys are so talented!
Thanks for sharing your game!

The graphics were really unique and playful-looking, the question answers were also very funny. The game fits the theme very well and the fact that there are multiple people that you get interviewed by adds depth to the decisions due to their contrasting personalities.

Considering that it's a jam game, I understand that there wasn't enough time likely to have a new set of Q and As, but that might have made the game feel a little less repetitive in terms of reading the same answers, but during rating I definitely didn't take that into account considering its a jam!

The animations out of the windows were also a nice touch as well as the lively animated interviewers, and there was a load of polish like the scene transitions as well!

Overall, I really enjoyed playing and I can definitely see this being a game that Twitch streamers would play, might be worth considering making a post jam version and trying to get some streamers to play it. Outstanding game!
