Thanks! Most of the things that people suggested was adding a score system + increasing difficulty. For the performance mode bug I havent noticed! Thanks for reporting it! :D

This is my second game jam and had loads of fun with it, i learned a ton of programming and and put in practice my art skills. If a top down melee sounds fun for you to play, you can check out my game! You become stronger when enemies hit you and overcome them. But be careful cause you are still human and can die if you are greedy.

This game was awesome, its pretty surprising you managed to make all this for a game jam! The game becomes gradually more disturbing and saw a lot of red flags as the shop deliverer but me as a dummy dumb decided to trust the guy that eats babies xD. Recommended game, definitely one of my personal favorites.

Thanks for your feedback, Maybe the actual spawn rate was the weakest point. And you are totally right. Difficulty gradually increasing would make the player use the buffing ability and be a much more fun experience. Thanks for your review! :D

Thank you so much dude for your feed. I was about to do some indicator that shows that you can let enemies damage you to be stronger and force the player to use it, like increasing the enemy spawn rate gradually or something like that. :D

If you like topdown melee combat this game may like you. Its about a extremely determined berserker that gets more powerful, faster, and energetic when receiving damage and forces the player to take the decision to flee, fight or receive damage to fight even more.
Please rate i you have the time, it helps me a lot to make better games :)

thanks for chacking out the game, this was my second game jam and i just had time to learn how to spawn enemies randomly, I should have dedicated more time in the enemy spawn and the rate (and even add a score system). So the player would be more engaged to use the damage / buff mechanic. Thanks for your honest feedback! :D

I like that the game is pretty straightforward, simple and easy to understand. The level design is very well done and the theme is very clear. Maybe the artstyle is a bit empty (not very diverse) and I would liked to had music and sound effects just because is a little bit creepy playing a game with 0 sound. Great game in general.

I agree with you, the game may look fun at first and the player expects that the enemies will become more abundant or stronger over time so the buff mechanic makes sense. While programming I got very funky errors and decided to leave the spawn rate as it is. And people didnt played that long to get such crazy results. Thanks for playing my game and sharing your honest feedback :D !

I like that the game premise is very simple to understand and know what is happening. I think that visuals can improve if pixel density in objects is always constant cuz it looks a bit off to me when there are pixels with the same size of the player. I think you were very creative by implemnting unque buffs when dying in different situations.

This game is just great! I loved the attitude of the second interviewer and felt bad making sure to reject me. Its extremelly well polished and its fully replayable. This game would definitely be featured by Jonas. You guys are so talented!

The game itself its good! I think there can be some minor issues like  when in the combat system that becomes a bit sloppy and awkward. I can notice that there was a huge effort and love for making this and for me that is what matters the most when making a videogame.

Definitvely one of the games that will be featured. The game is put all together, the interpretation of the theme is akso interesting and teaches me the lesson that graphics is not what is really important for a game but aesthetics.

Even if its not the first time i see the idea of using of your corpses to continue the level the gameplay feels nice, the graphics are cute and almost 0 bugs!
Just gotta say that when i release the spacebar the character also jumps and was a bit frustrating at first

The visuals are so well done and the controlls feels super nice, in gamplay i think the curve difficulty is extremely steep, the time you have to reach the sword and kill yourself is very low and its difficult to climb a single wall only wall jumping. Aside from that I think this is the most "complete" game i have seen during the jam and teaches me that i also have a lot to improve. Thank you so much for sharing this gorgeous game!

The game is good and fun but i think in can be better... The fact that there is a a very high concentration of explosive barrels doesnt permit you to go all crazy and crash all rocks and trees, the game forces you to be careful which is ironic cuz you as Jimmy, a dumb driver, shouldn't be careful while driving...

The games is very cool. The tutorial as a voice made a difference in gameplay. Love how the theme was arrived. And how the controls + players feel. So far the best game I've seen yet. 10/10

The game doesnt look bad but gotta say that there are som bugs and lack of elements that breaks the immersion , I think that can be fixed easily by adding a small tutorial, increase the brightness of dark parts (because the point light that I start is very difficult see), some quick sound effects and boom the game would get advantage from its potential.
