I think this is a really neat concept! Though it could really help if the exact direction of how the player would move is shown on the player itself before clicking on the button.

That is a very good idea! We had a lot of ideas that had to be scrapped due to time concernes. As you can see, submitting 1 min before the deadline did not leave much of a window xD

Fun game, I don't think I've seen anything else submitted with python, which just makes this more impressive in my opinion, it was fun to mess around with and I think you got the weight and physics just right to make this equally fun and frustrating.

I did run into a problem where clicking and holding down would cause several things to trigger at once, as one thing went another would fill it's place and go too. I suggest moving the activation to a mouse release instead of on press.

Overall fun game!

This is a fun game. Although it was pretty hard I liked how it made me think how to keep moving in the direction I wanted. The music is pretty chill and I like that. Nice work! :)

It was hard at first, but when I got the hang of it, it got so fun. well executed and Well done :)

Solid game

I really like the concept ! It took me sometime to figure out what was going on though.

The art is cute and the chill music suits the game. The "out of control" theme is clearly there, especially using the weightlessness physics. The game has enough content to be tried for some time. Well done !

I would say to make the movements a bit less random in order to avoid some situations where there is no way to stop from gaining speed or rotation. Maybe like avoiding having four rotation options or four movements option at the same time.

Really neat idea. Love the presentation and atmosphere. Getting strong Robo Rally vibes.

Cool concept which became fun when you figured it out! The black hole scene cracked me up, good job with the game!

This is an interesting idea well executed, I liked the atmosphere a lot. My preference would've been for a slower game, but the way it is makes for interesting and frantic puzzles. Congrats!

This is a really fun game and deserves more notice. It was really difficult to play but not in a bad way. Trying to come up with a really strange solution to simply get around a corner by doing 20 different manoeuvres was really fun. This is definitely a highlight of this gamejam for me.

Great job!

I really liked it ! The concept is good and works well in this environment, even though I struggled at the end. Made me laugh sometimes with the player really getting “out of control” and yeeting themselves out of existence.

Great idea, really fits the theme. I like the chill vibe. Think I might have kicked my cat into a black hole a couple of times though.

It's okay, she has her own jetpack that isn't as faulty as yours, haha :D

The cat is always in control :)

What an interesting game concept! Although maybe you guys went a bit too far with the "out of control" part, because I got to a point where I got stuck with a bunch of rotating "slots" I will call them, probably due to them being completely random, and couldnt do anything but rotate in place.

I also got a bit confused in the beginning when I first started, when I wasn't very sure what to do.

But overall, really cool! Great work 🙂

Thank you very much for your nice comment!

Thing is, we actually designed a 'bag' system, like in Tetris to prevent a completely random button queue. But maybe you just got unlucky? :D

Thanks and we hope you had fun :)
