How does your game represent "Slick"?
Angry bears are hunting you down so you better run!
Being quick is the key to survival, but being slick earns you the most points.
As you dodge bears (press SPACE at the last minute) and jump over logs you'll earn 'slick-score' bonuses which are multiplied by your combo.
The slicker and riskier you play, the more points you'll earn, so it's risk = reward if you want to go for the high score!

Funny title with a lot of little juicy details. I love the default bear sound effect, and when I saw the first bear actually employ tactics to get me I laughed but got distracted and lost. So I guess it worked.
Fun and addictive, super cute sprites, and love the design of the game loop.
Love the art in this game, and for some reason I love having hands. Quite easy, but somehow I still felt stressed. I don't know if they actually break down the door while you're still in the house but it definitely felt like they were about to every time lol. Simple but entertaining game loop and dodging the bears is quite fun.
Ended up dying because I was running directly into the bears trying to get a slick dodge lol
Very charming game, it felt great point farming by dodging around groups of bears. Its understandable that they're so upset with me, I broke into their homes and ate all their cupcakes. Loved that you used the tune of Teddy Bear's Picnic, and that it sped up the further you got! Really added to the intensity.
I have to ask, the hand movements the player does, was it inspired by the dance moves from Lethal Company?

I also realised after submitting that you can just leave the game running on the first level to rack up an infiinite number of points - nothing slick about that though..!
And someone else said the same thing about the hand movements! It was supposed to just add to the sense of panic and to indicate there's a bear that needs dodging, but completely agree it looks a lot like the Lethal Company dance :D
These bears were desperate to tell me about my cars extended warranty. I would be running forwards without a bear in sight thinking I was in the clear before turning around to see a whole rugby team of bears on me. Love the aesthetic and the difficulty/ridiculousness ramps up spectacularly. One of my favourites in the jam, for sure!
the bears cutting you off instead of just chasing is so evil and so clever, I felt desperate, heart-pounding, scrambling to the door. goofy on the surface, lowkey spoopy tho. absolute banger.
