Beautifully polished! This felt like a demo for a full blown game on Steam. I really liked the art style and the music, the gameplay itself was fun and unique while capturing some deckbuilder essence. Really really nice entry!
This was a short, sweet experience, and I actually really enjoyed the game. It felt extremely well polished, and the soundtrack and art are actually incredible. Super well done man, this is a fantastic game; congrats!
Slot machines are very fashionable now and I like to play them. Not in real life, of course) It's fun, your game evokes a sense of excitement - you did it with a bang. The color palette is very pleasant. I didn't seem to notice any bugs. In short, I had a great time, thank you.
Really nice graphics and everything was packaged cohesively. I do think it didn’t really feel like I was using skill to play, which I think was a miss. Maybe if you had choices that impacted the roll chance or speed it would feel like I had more of an impact?
Gamble games are always welcome in my heart. The slime doesn’t look too happy to be here though — he looks incredibly sad :(
Great submission!
Very cool idea, the gameplay is really fun and the music and sound design work for it perfectly.
I figured it out on the last spin, when I waited and timed my stops to get a jackpot. Probably should have been doing that the whole time haha but I still won! The game has a nice responsive feel and I love slot machine games and deckbuilders, so this one was for me. Would love to play more!
I thought this was really charming and I liked using the item deterioration as the decay angle. I even got a few jackpots! The slime enemy was particularly challenging since I kept getting the jackpots on the shield lol. This has a lot of replay value for mixing and matching the items and upgrade choices.
very cool game! great concept and execution ! though some items felt so much stronger than other items, it was just hard to win with anything else(or maybe I just chose horrendous combinations who knows😆)
Nicely done !!!
Really cool style, I could honestly look at this pixel art all day. The baby skelly was adorable, and the sound and ui design were both really well done too!
I was super confused about what the wrenches did at first! I was actually kicking myself during the game for bringing them because I thought they weren't doing much. Only realized after reading the comments.
The slot mechanic was tough for me. I only managed to get three in a row once, but I appreciated that the game didn't punish me for being bad at it. The difficulty felt a bit on the easier side but honestly that's not a big deal (especially for a game jam game).
Kudos for making such a neat game, I enjoyed it!
Fun concept! First round i didnt bring any wrenches and was a bit confused lol. Nice game.
Man... I think this game has so much potential. I would love to see some item / effect that would slow down the reel so you have more of a chance of hitting the item you want, because right now it leans a bit too heavily on luck imo. Other than that, graphics / animations are solid, audio is great, and I enjoyed my playthrough :)
This is really well executed! Easy to pick and play. I think adding something to do before an action like a quick time event or mini game would make this one really shine.
Very impressive submission. To be honest, I feel like the theme is a bit forced, but the game itself plays amazingly well and the art direction is sublime. Would love to play a full version of this game!
Congratulations.
