Cool concept :) it took me a little bit to figure out the potion combining thing, I didn't realize it was space on each item then space onto the bottle. Kept doing it in some other order and destroying my ingredients, but once I got it it was all good. There was also a spot (4th screen maybe?) where it would have been really helpful to know how many spaces I was from the next jump since there isn't a way to adjust your spacing after you take the speed potion. So maybe a visible grid might help? But overall, solid game!

I really liked the idea of brewing powerups, but it would have been helpful to show which button added which fruit on that screen. Still, cool idea and fun experience :) I'm sure I'll be seeing that pineapple again in a nightmare soon.

Beat it! Cool idea :) I don't think I've played a game like that before. Well done!

Well done on your first game :) nice aesthetic and smooth gameplay. Love a wordly game :)

You did a really great job on the art for this :) the menus all have a really satisfying feel. Well done!

Fun game :) On my first try, I kept clicking on the ingredients and dropping them into nowhere so I had to restart hahaha but once I got the hang of it, I enjoyed it!

I love the vhs safety video style, really well done! It's tough to communicate more complex gameplay mechanics in a game jam, but you did a fantastic job making it interesting. Awesome job!

This game goes so hard hahaha probably the most fun game so far! I never played doom, but it felt like goldeneye and it's fantastic :) The voice acting was hilarious and I loved how you would pick up the folder with your right hand which was also clearly holding the gun. Very naked gun :) Awesome job!

Mowed down by a horde of printers less than an hour before clocking out. Figures. This was very fun and super solid, especially considering it's your first game jam :) Well done!

That's what the hands are for :)

Great idea and you completely captured the gameboy feel. Very nice work!

This game has so much personality, I love it :) Fantastic art and music. Really well done!

Great animations and very satisfying sound effects. Nothing felt out of place :) Nice game!

Very fun and polished :) I was never able to figure out what the spells did though. Still, really enjoyed it!

This game is beautiful and the navigation is so smooth. Unfortunately, I ran into a few pretty major bugs :( I wasn't able to plant anything and the sound completely cut out after a minute. When I restarted and skipped the tutorial, I wasn't able to sell anything. It looks super fun though, so if you're able to fix it, I'll make sure to come back to it!

Nice chill game :) it took me a minute to figure out what stuff goes where, but thankfully the ghost was extremely patient, and it all ended up working out. Well done!

Cute art and I had a lot of fun playing the shops like the stock market :) that's a really fun mechanic. I wasn't able to brew anything, though. Not sure if it's broken or if I just couldn't figure it out.

Fun experience and the title screen art was fantastic :) I do agree the map was either too big or it needed some buildings or something to maneuver around. Also, making the timer a progress bar might have made a little more sense, even if it was only a matter of time, it's like "how close you are to getting caught". Either way, I think there's a lot you could do with this :) nice job!

This is a beautiful game :) I loved that I was able to climb onto the rooftops! It's crazy how much you were able to do in such a short amount of time.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate that :)

This was a great idea, and very well executed :) I think the grid might make it a little too easy, but still, fun and unique experience!

That was fun! Those spikes for not too forgiving, but overall I think the difficulty is pretty right on. Very pretty game, well done!

And you thought my game was too hard hahaha really great level design though. And everything felt super polished :)

Haha it's true! Everyone's shopping online nowadays :) thanks for playing!

Thank you!

Thanks! Yeah, it sounds like some people had some issues with the starting difficulty. That's definitely something I would have changed looking back.

Nice! Glad you enjoyed it :)

Wow, looks like we had very similar ideas, but approached it very differently :) It's beautifully executed. I've never been so alert and relaxed at the same time. Really great job!

Very polished looking and a great concept! I feel like there's a lot of potential here for a really deep, full game :)

Really pretty game :) I think the timer is kind of at odds with the feel of the rest of the game, which is relaxing and cozy. Very cool style though, it reminded me of a children's book.

Very fun game :) I spent a while playing it. It felt engaging but not overwhelming, which sometimes clickers can be. I loved the little touch of being able to change the wallpaper. Well done!

Beat it, loved it. That was such a great idea, it was like a puzzle clicker :) Especially for your first game, really well done!

It's a shame you weren't able to finish in time, the game is really beautiful and you did an awesome job with the flow of the UI. It felt very polished.

I love that chalky art style, I don't think I've seen that in a game before :) I noticed some of the symbols didn't show up in your text. I had the same problem a couple game jams ago. Not sure if you know this, but when you import your font, you can choose a fallback font that will fill in if you have a missing symbol. Just FYI :) Really nice job on this one!

It felt like I was part of a weird art installation. I'm not sure if I successfully protected the cheese, but when the lights came back on, the cheese was gone. So probably not. Honestly, I loved the feel of this game. It had great atmosphere :)

Got it, thanks for the feedback!

That's amazing, thank you!

Thank you so much!

Really cool idea :) kind of reminded me of stackland. Using the strings to assign people to jobs was clever! Well done!

Cute game! I loved the opening dialogue :) Congrats on your first submission!
