A fun concept, well executed. And, as always, the art on display is absolutely stellar. I look forward to your submission every year and you never disappoint. The intro obviously stands out, but that Foozloo burning to death animation might be the peak. Sick music too, of course. That soundtrack had me more pumped to build a bridge than I believed to be possible. Great as ever, well done.

So many cool ideas in this game! I especially like the art, music & humor. It was hilarious and heartbreaking at the same time to watch the little Foozloos burn.

The art is really nice!! Huge shout-out to everyone who worked on the game, it feels really polished and well-directed. Feels like the complete package to be honest. Good job!

Super well done! I love everything about this game! Wonderful art as always and shout out to Lam for the awesome soundtrack! It’s insane how complete this game is, from the mechanics to the presentation, this game is the complete package!

Absolutely phenomenal, your art complimented by Lam's music is the perfect vibe for such a frantic and fast puzzle game. Great pacing and escalation of mechanics, the dual Tetris screens were incredibly satisfying to play. I love how you're able to make such unique and addicting gameplay loops every year, always a pleasure to play your games!

The Foozloo art and your game reminded me of something you'd see on the show "Mystery Science Theater 3000" during a break segment. I really liked how you added a gameplay mechanic to rip out the rules. The Tetris mechanic was also so cool and fun; it was satisfying to see the foozloos go across the puzzle results.

The dopamine hit after completing levels like these, boyhowdy!

This project is stupidly impressive on all fronts.  Incredibly well paced roll out of new mechanics and ideas, and just a homerun of a core gameplay loop.  Art, music, and overall presentation are top notch too.  Just an absolute blast to play, can't say enough good things.  Great work!

Thank you so much! That's a beautifully constructed bridge.

Killer art as always! Lam brings the house down with the music as well! I think this is your best game yet! It's just such a good idea for a game structure. Building bridges with tetris blocks so lemmings can cross is a brilliant idea! Then you go ahead and mix it up with new block types. There's definitely room for a longer game with this format. Oh yeah, it's also really funny on top of everything else.

Tetris x Lemmings?  Love it!  So much fun.  Interesting game mechanics.  Would love to play more levels.  Thanks so much!

Fantrashtic stuff! Super fun to play and the evolution of mechanics between each level works super well to keep players on their toes.

Avery well paced game. New mechanics gets added when it feels appropriate and there are many fun twists on the gameplay.

The only thing i would have liked added is a timer for when the stage starts to go down, I think it would add a lot to the tension you feel when you are close to finishing a level.

The art is fantastic and is very cleverly used to give you a lot to work with without making a lot of separate assets, good thinking for projects with limited times like this one.

Edwin, I... I couldn't save them all! I tried. I really did.

Once again you've wowed me with another great game jam entry! Such a great balance in the challenge, too. I managed to win under the time limit. (SPOILERS!!) The DSD unlock was exceptionally cruel! Not knowing what it was I accidentally made a fire wall at the start of my bridge, and got to watch my babies walk into the flames, one by one, listening to their agonizing screams.

And, as always, great presentation. Audio+visuals are 10/10

Developer

Thank you for trying! I really appreciate the comments. I was a bit worried about the difficulty because I didn't do any outside playtesting, so I'm happy to hear the challenge felt balanced to you! By the way, the lava is not just a DSD thing, but as we all know, he works in mysterious ways...

The art is so evocative, it felt like I was watching the story through the lens of a painting. The soundtrack is killer as well. Really enjoyed the twist in later levels, they came just in time as I was getting comfortable with previous mechanics. Also, I liked the spin on the environmental message!
