This is a super fun one. The katamari style controls work super well and the AOE is really satisfying to use.

Really fun blast from the past. The amount of writing involved in making this is off the charts and it really nails the vibe of those old choose your own adventure books.

This is insanely good. Love the way all the dreams are interconnected and tons of nice polish on things like how text is displayed, the transitions between dreams and how each dream has its own art style. Id really love to see how you went about planning all of this out.

Love the idea of entering a card game tournament with a deck from a completely different game. It's impressive you managed to make everyone playable and have a completely unique deck.

Genius format! The live action segments were fantastic and really left me wondering the deep lore they don't want us to know about.

Really cool twist after you put on the sweater. The final fight across multiple windows is a super cool mechanic too. Really great stuff.

Real shame I didn't get to play this one, but after looking through the rule book and seeing the little bit of the digital version you uploaded its clear how much potential it has. I really like how even the rulebook is taking jabs at poor Boyhowdy.

Its crazy how much content and how many different systems you squeezed into this game. It feels like something I probably could speed through within the 25 minutes timer or get super invested and spend a couple of hours making sure I got all of the optional stuff.

This game is super charming. Its a huge shame you didn't have time to add more because what is there feels really solid and the art is really cool.

Really enjoyed this one. Its scratched that tactics itch for me big time. This is one of those I feel like could be polished and added to then thrown on steam as a full length non skremplets game.

Simply amazing! The effort on show here is bananas. Obviously the visuals are out of this world but also the actual game play is super fun too. Its really interesting to see all the different builds you can aim for and how certain combinations can become super OP.

Fantrashtic stuff! Super fun to play and the evolution of mechanics between each level works super well to keep players on their toes.

So much charm in this game. Great mash up of genres too, its really impressive you got all of this with the limitations of a gameboy game.

Small fixes like that are totally allowed after the deadline. I wouldn't worry about it if you want to remove the old version and make sure everyone uses the correct one.

Fantastic stuff. Absolutely loved the twist and how much the game changes once you reach that point.

Impressive how you really captured that classic JRPG feeling without just relying on using ps1 style visuals. The writing was great and the constant boyhowdy disrespect was 10/10.

Nice work, love the creepy looking character portraits above each players board

Really impressive how instead of making one game you made a whole bunch. And each one truly is its own thing with difficulty options and multiple levels or replay-ability.  The tug of war was my personal favourite.

Congrats on the well deserved win. You guys  nailed the brief and made something that really does feel like it could be a promotional game for a real life Smoke Box.

Smart move, I think for a 30 minute max game jam entry you don't want to overwhelm the players.

Love the retro visuals on this, the punches and springy jump feel  extremely satisfying. Nice work!

This game manages  to 100% nail the retro vibes while keeping some nice modern qualities. Fantastic stuff.

Some really cool systems here, this could totally be expanded into a huge extremely complex game.

Really fun idea to have a collection telling the history of SmokeBox's ad efforts. There is so much variety here and it totally nails the concept of actually promoting the restaurant.

Man you did such a good job of nailing the feeling of GAAS. Really liked the meta concept of playing a game in the game while other deeper things are going on.

Love how you created such a huge open world but still managed to make each area feel unique. The animation and cut-scenes were top notch too. Great stuff!

So many cool things in this game. A highlight for me was how you show information such as your health/ammo being visible in your character or texture on enemies changing to look more soaked as they take damage. I always love when a game can show things naturally like that instead of just having another generic bar or number on the HUD.

Really love the visuals on this. When you enter the flying penguin it especially felt like a classic RPG. Great work!

Loved it! It had such a nice game feel and the upgrade loop made it worryingly addictive.

Great job with this one, The steady power progression with the updates feels really nice and the artwork is fantastic (especially the cold chickens needing woolly hats)

Love the writing in this. It feels like there is never a moment you get to a dead end or area you don't need yet and there isn't a fun line or character with a cool unique design saying something super charming. It also does an excellent job of mixing up the gameplay with its mini games. All around a fantastic time awesome work.

Amazing stuff. So fun and original and I can't even imagine how much of a nightmare this would be to code. The judges give it a 10!

Absolutely incredible. You guys really pulled off something amazing here. Super unique and extremely fun premise that you somehow managed to give so many different spins.

So cool that you yet again not only made a fun game full of charm but also thought about making something that works as a physical game.

As always amazing stuff. You impress me every year with what you're able to accomplish in such a short period of time. I liked the nods to your previous games in here too.

Nothing changes based on a no damage run sadly so don't put yourself through the pain. It seems a few people are interested in that though so maybe its something i should consider for next year. For the final level its just cause as much damage as you can before the song finishes, there is no set requirement don't worry.

So much fun. You really captured what was great about the old school shooters that inspired this from the movement to the audio. Great stuff Team Moonbeam!

Great choice of direction to go for a visual novel. It really helped show off your biggest strengths with the insane amount of art and writing you had to make for this, and the music really did a great job setting the horror vibes.

Great job! This did  a great job capturing the feeling of old school adventure games. II really loved the time travel aspect and the way you included each of the mascots so that they'd all have their time in the spotlight.

I went into this expecting a simple little shooter but man did that story catch me off guard. Amazing job of setting the tone and easing it into a whole new genre by the end.
