Thank you so much!! The chat integration was not something we could have really tested before hand so we were nervous. But so glad the it worked out as intended! Actually, much better than we expected!

Thanks Mayor! Your games are so fun and creative and I’d love to see what you could do with chat integration!

That’s a straight up miracle in this line of work XD.

Glad it worked out so well!

Thanks leotimer, every year we try to think more and more out of the box! This year, we really lucked out with the word "encourage" lol

Thanks, we've thought about doing a souls like since forever but it felt impossible! I'm so glad that you liked it!

Super impressed that you were able to include all the warriors! Also, I love the world you chose to cross them over into! Such a cool idea! And the fact that you packed this game with sooo much stuff in just a few weeks is amazing!

This is one of my absolute favorite Konigs! (And there were alot XD!) I think it’s such a good idea to design a city in the shape of his head! So inspired! It looks sooo cool in game and I still think it’s one of the most impressive vistas I’ve seen all jam! Also, really impressed with how robust and complete of a game you managed to make in such a short amount of time!

Wow! Really really cool game! The retro style looks sooo good here! I also really like your cutscenes and how you used Boy Howdy was hilarious! In fact, your game is so stylish all around! Super well done!

Your artwork is so cute! Such an absolute delight to play and see!

Wow, I’m very very impressed by how brilliant and complex the puzzles in your game are! To think you were able to create such a well realized game, and finish so early is truly incredible! 20 days before the deadline! You are a legend!!

Very great work, as always, Jasher!

Sweet! This was a real joy to work on, and we’re super proud of the final build! So honored that Chat was supportive and jumped on to cheer on Grumpy together! It was a beautiful moment for sure!

hehehe thanks for catching that! I LOVED the way Kyle designed the characters this year and it’s also one of the reasons we felt a souls like would fit so well!

thank you! It was alot of fun finding the right animations for this cute little guy, glad it worked out so well in the end. Godot’s animation system really fought me too lol, had to fight back with a crazy mismatch of plugins and scripts haha

Aw sorry you missed it live, but it’s never too late to !encourage 😉

This was so fun! I love all the throwbacks and references, (it made me weirdly nostalgic)! I enjoyed literally every second of this and you did a really fantastic job on the art, characters and writing!

Thanks! Fromsoft deserves a lot of credit, designing bosses is so hard 😂. We had a lot more planned but decided to focus on the core battle and the twitch chat moment, so glad it worked out for the best!

Thanks Ebura-ham!!! We had alot of fun with the comics this time. And yup it’s a nod to the origins of the warriors, so glad you picked up on it :D . I haven’t drawn for the jam in soooo long and this seemed like the totally perfect time to dust off the old Apple Pencil.

And the concept was based on the Care Bears cartoon, where their town, Carealot, was on a cloud in the sky. With the Gathering Tree in the middle. So we took inspiration but pushed it way further into space to show the damage that Zingle did.

Definitely one of, if not, my favorite game of the jam! It’s definitely my favorite type of cutscene ever! It’s so charming that I shared it with my friends XD.

The writing and acting were sooooo good! And the rotoscope style was weirdly nostalgic, like watching youtube back in the day.

Super AMAZING stuff this year!

Your game reminded me of why I love the game jams every year! I love seeing how your style manifests in the art, world, music and story; and the overall world you’ve created! I was truly captivated throughout!

I really love the game boy style and the “hand” cut ins were so much fun! It made every interaction so interesting!

This was definitely a highlight for the jam for me! I love your games every year and this one reminds me of Project Grab so much (My fav from that year)!

It was funny, cool and an incredible ride from start to finish! Really impressive!

P.s. Kyle was playing this while we were rushing to fix Eldin Zing, and it still made us smile!

You really nailed the Zelda style! And as a fan of those games, your game is one of my favorites! I know you said it wasn’t complete, but to me it felt like a full game! I was thoroughly impressed!

The world and atmosphere are incredible! And the boss fight at the end was so cool!

I can’t wait to see what you do next year!

Wow! I love the art and style of this! Very pretty and impressive!

I had a blast with this! I love the art and writing so much!

I love these cards! The ideas and designs are so fun and it’s a genuine delight whenever I saw a new one!  Very cool! (I hope you upload the art somewhere!)

I love strategy games and I’m really impressed by your game! Even though it’s short, there’s still alot of depth! Also, really clever workaround to the immortal heroes by using a human army to fight with instead. This would be a cool concept for a full game too.

I really love the controls! It’s so cool and intuitive to control a character like this! I remember that I  enjoyed this concept in your game last year too, and I’m so glad you kept iterating on it and incorporating it into new ideas like this one! Really cool and I can’t wait to see what else you make!

Wow! What an incredibly beautiful game! I love the atmosphere you’ve created and especially all the little details like the bubbles on moving objects. The level of polish and professionalism on display is truly spectacular!

Really cool game! I love the challenge and thought necessary to execute the horn/boomerang mechanic to get exactly where you need to be! In fact, I would love a full game like this!

Also, blepasaur’s music is incredible! Super impressive that it felt so new and expressive every second. And it just kept going! Definitely my favorite music of the jam!

I think this little slug is the cutest character in game jam history! I love his design and his dedication to his master! Also, your writing is super phenomenal! Each character has such a distinct voice and the dialogue is so engaging and easy to read! You have quite the talent!

Really cool that you were able to make such a well thought out and highly polished game in only a few weeks! It is super impressive that your puzzles are so well made and clever!

Wow! These graphics are AMAZING! Really impressive by how polished your game is too! Even though it’s a game-jam game, your work is so well developed I think it could easily pass as a full game! Really blown away!

I’m really impressed by the level of personality you were able to incorporate in this game. From the enemies to the names of the guns, everything worked together and made the experience really special in my opinion.

Wow, the vistas in this cereal game were breathtaking! Also, I like how polished and well developed the mining mechanics were. Very fun!

Wow, I was thoroughly impressed with everything in your game! The sprite work and animations, the complexity of the world design (insane) and the tightness of the gameplay! It’s amazing you were able to make such a polished game in such a short space of time, well done!

I look forward to your card games every year and I must say, I was blown away this year! The rules are simple but the challenge it creates is so intense. Also, it’s such a polished experience that it feels like a full game! It’s genuinely impressive that you were able to make such a tight and fun gameplay loop (sorry Kyle) in just a few weeks! You all are getting very good at this and I cannot wait until next year!

I love how you got so many people involved in making this game! Truly a blast to watch!

You really nailed the atmosphere and feeling of a Resident Evil game! I love how the world felt classically survival horror yet definitely blended with Warriors of Encouragevar; like the Konig’s face plate mechanism or the Boy Howdy taxidermy. Also, the boss fight ending was hilarious!

Wow! These are some amazing graphics and animations! Also, I love the art and the designs of your characters! Especially, evil konig, he reminds me Frieza lol. Also, I really loved your story and the world you created.

I love how cute this game is! The art and the writing are really really good! Also, I love how even though the heroes are invincible, they still have fears and weaknesses. I think that was a brilliant choice for the story and made your Yasmodee one of my favorites.
