Ranked from 60 ratings. Score is adjusted from raw score by the median number of ratings per game in the jam.

How does your game fit the theme?
The loop is at the core of the gameplay — it’s where skills are placed and triggered, and it also defines the area the player can move in. The circle constantly rotates, and it spins faster while the player is moving. This makes positioning and timing important, turning the loop into both a combat system and a spatial challenge.

Hey! Dropping by after you put the game on the stream list asking for feedback!

This game is begging for the ability to pick up weapons and put them on the ring yourself to create builds. Just- screaming for it, beating the drum begging for it. Weapons that require multiple loops to fire,  weapons that eat up multiple slots, weapons that point at other weapons to come or repeat the previous X slots, maybe even upgrades to weapon types - something that gives the player identity and control while diversifying each play through!

That said, I love the concept, the types of enemies are great, the diversity of tactics between the two weapons is fun - it just needs a touch of player creation and control to be a masterpiece!

Developer

Thank you for the great ideas. We will definitely try all of them. We want to finish this game and release it to steam. We would love you to join the discord https://discord.gg/TbWZ7M3K if you are interested.

I really have no functional feedback for this game? The idea is super cool, the execution is fresh af, the graphics "simple" but that gives them such a sick retro arcade/atari vibe, and bgm is absolutely banging. Put this game on steam as-is and make money. You deserve that money. It's there for the taking.

Developer(+1)

Thank you for such generous feedback! We're actually already working on a Steam version with more content and polish based on feedback like yours. Really appreciate the support! 🙏

Developer

Thanks a lot! I’m really glad you enjoyed the vibe we were going for. We’re already working on a Steam version with extra content and polish, so hearing this kind of feedback is super motivating. If you’d like to follow the progress and share your ideas along the way, would you be interested in joining our Discord?

Vevy fun. I’m excited to see where you take this.

Developer

Thanks, we’re glad you had fun with the game! We’re continuing development to bring Looplash to Steam. If you’d like to see where we take it, would you be interested in joining our Discord?

Either I'm really bad at these type of games or people are just insane because the scores are just insanee !!!

Really nice challenge and I feel like it fits the theme well, loved the fact that you need to keep moving in order for you to change the wheel ! good job man <3

Developer

No you're not bad at all! Those scores are insane to me too. We didn't even balance the game properly and people are still getting scores like this. It's crazy to me as well!

Really glad you enjoyed the challenge and that the movement mechanic clicked for you. Thanks for the kind words!

Very addicting game, great job to you! and i wish the enemies would slow down when the player slows down

Developer(+1)

Thank you for the feedback! We actually thought about that mechanic too and considered going for more of a Superhot-like approach, but those types of games are more puzzle/strategy focused while ours is pure chaos. We might experiment with a few enemies that move differently though.

Glad you had fun playing!

it was a blast :+1:

I like the idea of a loop dictating the weapons you use. I know you guys probably weren’t planning on doing this for the jam, but I would like to see some sort of customisation for the weapons on the loop.

Developer

Thanks a lot! We’re glad you enjoyed the game.

We’ve been getting quite a few requests for weapon customization, and it’s something we’re now planning to include alongside upgrades. We’re continuing development for a full Steam release, and we’d love to hear your ideas as we go. Would you like to join our Discord?

I really love the visuals on this one and the juice is great. It's also really fun to weave around enemies and try to keep moving.

Developer

Thanks a lot! I really enjoyed watching you play Looplash on stream, and I appreciate it again! We’re continuing development for a Steam release, and it’d be great to have you in our community as the game grows. Would you like to join our Discord?

WHAT. A. BANGER. It is satisfying to move, its satisfying to shoot, somehow its even satisfying to get hit. I love the take on the theme too, attaching attacks to movement makes the game so frenetic and showing the whole thing on a big loop lets you strategise about position and timing. Those worked together to keep me locked in 100% of the time. The loop feels like it has so much combo potential, I would love to see where you guys take it if you ever continue development!

Really cool entry, polished to perfection. Thank you for making it!!

Developer

Thank you so much! Your comment absolutely made our day.

We’ve actually decided to keep developing Looplash into a full Steam release, and we’d love to have you along for the ride. We’ve just opened a Discord to share updates, gather feedback, and run playtests — it’d be awesome to have your thoughts as the game grows!

Submitted

Congrats, thats so exciting! I'll be sure to check it out :)

Really cool game! I'm a sucker for arcade experiences like these and the art style is pretty cool too, well done!

I see you used Feel for this game, I tried it for this jam and it's such a big game changer! Now I use squash&stretch springs EVERYWHERE

Developer

Thank you for your comment!

FEEL is amazing, it made this game 1000% easier to make. We used it almost everywhere too. It's such a game changer for polish and juice.

Developer

Yeah, Feel really is a lifesaver! I don’t think we could have polished Looplash this much without it — we pretty much used it everywhere too. By the way, we’ve decided to keep working on the game and bring it to Steam. If you’d like to follow the progress (and maybe share your thoughts along the way), would you be interested in joining our Discord?

A leaderboard system would be a good future addition. It was so fun to play. After playing so many bad bullet hell games , I finally found a good one.

Submitted(+1)

Super addicting!!! Would love this as a full game.

Developer

IT'S ON ITS WAY!

Developer

Thanks a lot! It was fun watching you play on Twitch! We’ve decided to continue development and bring Looplash to Steam, and we just opened a Discord server to share updates and run playtests. Would you be interested in joining our Discord?

Dang hard but fun and addictive as hell!

Very juicy and it feels great to play.

My score was 1420. The devs clearly got super trained while making the game — scoring 6k and 7k is insane!
I really like the game's pacing and atmosphere overall, and the visual effects are awesome.

Developer

Thank you! The highscore is 24290 now, a friend of mine managed to get that at his 3rd try! I could not believe it, haha. Even we developers are not that great at our game :D

We'll work on a better balancing soon, sorry about the insane difficulty spike!

Developer

By the way, we’ve just opened a Discord server for the game! We’re continuing development to bring Looplash to Steam, and the server will be the place where we share updates, get feedback, and run playtests. Would you like to join us there?

A really cool take on the loop concept! I also really liked the overall vibe of the game. That moment when the screen fills up with enemies and your attacks start wiping out a bunch of them gives such a great rush of adrenaline.

Developer

Thanks a lot!

We’re really glad you enjoyed the vibe. Those enemy-clearing moments are some of our favorites too, and we plan to lean into that adrenaline rush even more as we develop the game. We’re working toward a Steam release and would love to hear your ideas along the way. Would you be interested in joining our Discord?

Submitted(+1)

this one so unique and cool at the same time so challenging.

Submitted(+1)

This is super cool! The move/shoot mechanic is great, I love how the spinning circle and your own movements create a sensory overload (in a good sense). Would have loved to see some upgrades/customization of your attacks ;)

Developer

Thanks a lot!

We’re really glad you enjoyed the move/shoot mechanic! Upgrades and customization are definitely on our to-do list—in fact, we planned to add them in the jam version but ran out of time. We’re continuing development for the Steam release and would love to hear your ideas. Would you be interested in joining our Discord?

Submitted

Hey,

Sure, I would be happy to join your discord and get a peek behind the scenes ;)

Submitted(+1)

Really unique take on the theme! I like it. I can see this game being really cool when more weapons and things of that nature are added in the full release. Best of luck to the team!

Developer

Thank you!

We’re planning to add more weapons and mechanics as we work toward the full release, so it’s great to hear you’re excited for that direction! We’re continuing development to bring Looplash to Steam, and it’d be great to have you in our community. Would you like to join our Discord?
