How does your game fit the theme?
Loop made me think of the Large Hadron Collider, which was the main inspiration for the game.

Had pretty much the same experiance as the last comment. Got addicted for a few hours on and off and then softlocked myself after running out of inventory. All around though I really enjoyed the concept and presentation. I think I may have found a bug though, when using occulon or voidon to reverse a ray, the angle adjustments from other elements, which way the angle is tilted towards is based on wether or not you added the tilt before or after corrupting the element(s) to flip it. This means that the order of ingrediants can produce different results, and I am not sure wether or not this was intended. Great game all around, easilly the most addicting I've played in any jam.

Wow, I spent like 2h on this one. Amazing game, I'm in awe by the fact that you could implement something with such complexity and have the levels scale in such a good way. Stuff like this is what motivates me to study Math again, I wonder if that's part of why is that well made. Very unique take on the topic. Btw, I think I'm soft locked, I discovered all the other elements but I can't study them since my inventory is maxed and I think this is why  I'm not getting the upgrades to the inventory capacity.

oh no I didnt think of that :/ but im glad you enjoyed it. :D

There are some great ideas here. I love the element screen and how they intersect to form other elements. Really cool take on crafting.

I think the player interaction and reactivity could be improved. What is the reward for the player? What experience do you want the player to have? Asking because I'm not sure if it's supposed to feel like sudoku puzzles or opening a chest in Vampire Survivors. Overall I get more of a sudoku feeling of just going through the logical motions until my grid is complete. It didn't have a lot of excitement for me.

The animations for collision, sythesis and energize should be shorter and skippable. Running out of energy and having to wait for the re-energize was very demotivating. I might also suggest always having the buttons for the different modes available. I almost misclicked the wrong process a few times which would have lead to catastrophic energy loss for no progress.

Still, one of the more interesting jam games I've played this year. Good system design.

this is something else. probably the game with the longest time to beat in the jam. super clever concepts here. to be honest, having to charge up the collider was a bit annoying? i do understand wanting to feel like you've worked for your result, but it was a little annoying for me i think. i don't really have a solution haha but something to think about. thanks for submitting this to the stream!

cool concept!

It started out quite complex but I get the hang of it after a while. The explainer video definitely helped also. Pretty interesting use of "loop" as a reference to the LHC.

This is is indeed very complex but interesting at the same time. You get to discover and learn new elements over time and its great to have a element completion tab to keep track of the elements! It is very fun!

Very interesting concept with so many interactions to discover! Not sure how you managed to put it all together during the jam -- great work!

Wow, amazing game! I also thought of making a collider-themed game for the jam, but ended up making something different. I'm glad to see someone else had the same idea and executed it so well! I love the combination of scientific and mystical themes. The vector mechanic is a really cool idea. It's hard for this type of game the be complex and interesting without being overly complicated, but I think you nailed it!

The part of my brain that loves infinite craft and the part of my brain that wants Thaumcraft 7 to release (almost as much as Silksong) were both fully stimulated by this game - ended up taking around two hours, but I finally got all of them! Zeraphis was the final one for me, and I just gotta say, this game was an absolutely awesome puzzler. Some of those elements were not easy to pin down, and once I did, balancing energy with my remaining elements was tricky through most of mid-game (and even late-game, Fire and Ice started to be some of my elements in shortest supply). It's almost the end of the jam rating period (and all the elements are on top of the page) so I feel comfortable posting this image now - just look how sick this sheet looks at the end of the game! Seriously, super fun jam entry, art did an incredible job to elevate the concept - I think I am very specifically the target audience for this, and I absolutely loved everything you cooked up here!

Man that is great to hear. I love thaumcraft and games like Potion Craft (if you dont know it you will love it) but they weren't a direct inspiration for this game. But i think maybe they're always in the back of my mind, i love weird crafting systems.
The inspiration for this game was really mainly just thinking "what would a collision inside the LHC look like in a crafting system" and going from there.
I'm really glad you liked it :D

I like the mechanics and complexity. The animation being so long definitely was a pain point, and it seems there is a speed upgrade you get. I'm not sure it should be an upgrade vs it being short/skippable. It doesn't really add anything and slows down the experimentation and thus the fun. Can tell a lot of work was put into this jam game. Good job!

Very interesting concept but I’m not sure it fully clicked for me - even with watching the video. I would actually quite like to see it though a bit more fleshed out - hopefully with an interactive tutorial perhaps - in a bigger release!

This is definitely a unique game, and you designed the systems well. I had fun figuring out what I was missing and the steps I needed to take. My only problem is that I'm impatient and the collisions take forever to collide.

With more systems, animations, and an in-game tutorial, you could expand tis game a lot more if you really wanted to.

PS - I found this game through Post Jam Productions :)

Very fun concept for a zachtronics style systems-game. The short video was a really good idea for explaining the core concepts. Building out the particles and getting upgrades gave it some good depth.

We also tried to go into the complex systems/interactions idea for our deckbuilder, so would love your feedback if you wanted to give it a try!

very fun, and interesting take on the theme. had a blast playing and will defs be back to play more! great work!

The first thing I did was press the collide button without anything added to it, and nothing happened for half a minute so I thought it was bugged first.

But sticked around and played a lot longer than expected, it did take me a while to understand the game, so an interactive tutorial in the game itself would've helped a lot.

I think an in-game tutorial is needed for this game, as it is complex and I don't think a 1 minute video is enough to justify the mechanics. I really enjoy this game. GG!

Really fun alchemy game, very c.

Great game, I like the puzzle and planning aspect that most alchemy games lack. Good job with the art as well, it looks very good.

I really enjoyed it very much! I really liked its artwork and concept. You should keep working on it. It reminds me a lot of little alchemy. Good Job!
