Loved the art and the newspaper articles. Game took a minute to understand because of the specific order of ingredients. I enjoyed it once I got the hang of it though.

I like the mechanics and complexity. The animation being so long definitely was a pain point, and it seems there is a speed upgrade you get. I'm not sure it should be an upgrade vs it being short/skippable. It doesn't really add anything and slows down the experimentation and thus the fun. Can tell a lot of work was put into this jam game. Good job!
Had a weird bug when I was on the platform right before the flies appear and when I froze/unfroze it my character's visuals disappeared. Game was still playing and I could move, but the art for the character was gone. I tried to recreate it, but I wasn't able to. I enjoyed the art and music. Pretty punishing to get sent back, but it makes the loop aspect more prominent. Great job!
The randomized keys comes from the thought of could it be interesting to have everyone's controls be different and the player has to learn and discover them. Where two players couldn't just say here's the route and use q->e->w to solve it. You still have the oh use bomb->this->that, but the player has to discover the buttons themselves. We really just wanted to see what that would be like and experiment a little.
Clicking on keys would be problematic with how it's currently implemented since most things spawn at the cursor, but we could have made it work, and wouldn't be a bad idea to have. Thanks for playing!
The game is simple, but fun to click on things when they highlight. The sounds are catchy and I like the different patterns as the trains go faster and are added. The mic getting punched sound for research or something was not enjoyable to hear so much so fast. Had to turn off audio after that. Good job on the submission!
I enjoyed the chaos. Took a minute to figure out exactly what the buttons do and how to use them effectively. I liked the tornado mechanic of pulling in the enemy attacks and redirecting it back at them. Sometimes I'd have something redirect because of my pull, but I didn't shoot it so it wouldn't count as my bomb to hurt enemies. Nice work.
I like that the projectiles bounce back making me think about what will happen. I died more to the spikes than my bullets ricocheting though. I initially didn't understand I had to go back to the start after popping all of the balloons. Might be good if the start platform changed or signaled to go here when done.
