How does your game fit the theme?
We made looping around enemies with a hamster wheel of light to defeat them our core mechanic and built the game around it!

This was great. I loved the dialogue and voice acting. The hamsters were cute. The gameplay was really solid and well built. All around really good.
Really enjoyed everything! Cool sounds, amazing visuals and fun mechanics!
Really fun game! 💪
This game is really cool from the fun voice acting of the rodents, to the level of polish of the actual gameplay, to the music and artwork of the game, Props to you guys!
Oh wow! We made an extremely similar game. Love the goofy dialogues and voice acting. Unfortunately the performance was really bad on my device, so I decided not to rate the game as it wouldn’t be fair. Still very cool to see a sister project out in the wild :) The aesthetics are on point.
Cyberfriend! Your game looks very cool too! Appreciate the feedback - definitely already chipping away at those graphics settings options for the post jam build!
Sadly, I don't have a good enough GPU to play the game ;-;
Sadness :( Stay tuned though, as we are already working on graphical settings for our post-jam release to allow more people to play!
It's so silly, yet take itself seriously, and has such a high production value, it's wonderful xD
I did end up making circles around the map and killing everyone in the end because I was low on life, and it was safer, which was a bit too easy I think xD
But really good job overall, it's game with this looping around enemies mechanic I played that had the best controls!
Lol yeah that was totally the -vibe-. When we were discussing the audio and dialogue, we were like - ok these have to be so silly, but the characters are taking this -very seriously-. I mean it's internet hamster warriors. How could we not go ridiculous with it? Lol
We even told October, our composer, that for the dialogue scenes it had to be mega internet god epic universal srs vibe and she knocked it out of the park lol
And yeah, those BEEG LOOPS are definitely a thing. We are looking at tweaking that post jam, but for now, we are happy with people getting the dopamines with the big booms lol.
Thanks for playing!
The way you interpreted the thematic is so fun! From drawing the loops, to even making the hamster run in his own wheel/loop ^^
I really enjoyed the visuals, from the 2D illustrations to the neon 3D models that gave me vibes of an old arcade game!
Also, the voice acting made it even funnier, I can see that the team had lots of fun working on this game! Good jobb ^^
Wow thanks so much for your words! This kind of feedback really just makes the team so jazzed up and happy to know that their hard work is being enjoyed. Really appreciate the review!
I love it! Nice game and very solid! Good job!
Yay! Thanks so much! We really worked hard at it, and are so glad you enjoyed it!
Im absolutely love this game
Ahh! Thank you so much! We are looking at expanding it >.>
Awesome! I laughed a lot with the dialogues, well done!
Aaaah! Thanks! Lol, we definitely went for over-the-top ridiculous. Glad you enjoyed!
it is fun and good nice job
thanks for the nice review!
I really enjoyed playing it, the little narrative framing added a lot to its vibe and uniqueness. I was surprised by how polished the game was, it felt like playing an early access title with a longer production time. Then I saw your team size in the credits and it all added up :D
FYI, I paused the game for a few mins in wave 4, and after resuming it, that banger music and the damage sounds didn't play anymore.
Great job nonetheless, very fun game!
wow thanks for the compliments! and appreciate you letting us know about a sneaky audio "bug", I'll speak to the team about if we can fix that post-jam 👍
Approved.
Thanks!
That was a lot of fun! Great theming, great core idea, loved it. I think the UI could use some work, it didn't draw attention to itself so I wasn't aware how the explosion power was filling up for a bit, and I don't quite get how the length of the trail works... is it just based on how long you're moving but lagging behind a bit? Also, why right click?
Hey thanks for playing our game! Yeah we are looking at doing a bit of UI tweaking just to highlight those things a little more for sure.
Tail is how fast you are going - longer you zoomie, longer the tail gets! And the further your mouse is from your character, the faster you accelerate.
We decided right click because during play testing, a few people accidentally hit LMB so we figured RMB was the better bet.
So it grows based on time and speed? Interesting idea. Would be cool to have some more feedback there too - maybe different effects to better highlight that it's growing at different rates. Interesting about the mouse buttons, sounds like a fair enough solution given the time constraints.
Amazing game!! Super polished and really enjoyable gameplay. It felt really good doing figure-eights around enemies to destroy them
The voice acting was also incredible! My only complaint was that it felt a bit too repetitive and like the game should have ended sooner. Maybe just a final boss on level 4. I gave up after beating level 3
And thanks for playing Wacky Wharf!!
So glad you played it! Loved your game too! And level 4 is -definitely- final boss territory lol.
everything feels polished and satisfying.
wow thanks! 😍
I love it! What a cool interpretation of the theme! The visuals are amazing, and the music and SFX fit well. The hamsters and dialogues are a nice addition! Great job!

Thanks for the lovely review Kairosolo!
The game is really well made. When I launched it, I didn’t expect to find narrative dialogues, not only are they well written and funny, but they’re also fully voiced and accompanied by awesome illustrations. The gameplay itself is very old school and fun, and the game even rewards you with unlockable abilities. It can be really addictive if you like this kind of genre. There’s clearly a lot of work behind it, congratulations! :)
Thanks for the great review, our team worked hard to make sure we could balance the nostalgic fun of classic games with something fresh and funny!
A huge team but everything is perfectly done to a T! This is the most complete game I've played on the jam yet 🔥 I am so sorry Nibbles for failing u... May the next players save the webs!
Thanks for the review and streaming your gameplay - your loops were incredible!
Wow, such a big team worked on this. Respect for your well-coordinated work!
The game itself is great. It consists of a fun gameplay, cute network hamsters with voiceover lines (omg) and cool music for battles. I completed all waves but get killed during the dialogues :(
Overall, good job!
Oh no, sorry to hear you experienced an unwanted bug! I'll chat with the team to see if there's a way for us to fix that post-jam...
