Probably my favourite game of the jam! Wish I could play more but I'm trying to rate as many games as I can before the voting period ends. Amazing job!

Developer

Oh, my. Thanks for your comment.

Come back after the gamejam stream, we'll push a little update that makes it even more enjoyable.

Looks really good and it all seems to function pretty well. Is there a way to rotate the buildings before you place them?

Developer

First of all: thanks

We decided against a rotating mechanic, because we wanted to use that time on other features.

That's also why they are all squared.

Really cool, enjoyed it a lot!

Developer

Thanks, great to hear!

Now that truly is Lapland's Ass

What a cheeky comment.

Had a lot of fun playing this, one of the jam games I put the most time into playing by far! (But maybe that's just the speed of the game) Either way, loved the little voxel animations of the elves and reindeer running around or pulling the sleigh.

Developer

After chatting to you on discord I finally get around to replying. :3
Glad you like it and I hope it's a game that can be played for many hours. (The record right now is area 7)

Designed all the characters to not need anymations. >No reindeers were harmed in the process.<
Very happy with the result.

Solid game. I'm impressed by the scope of the game, that alone is incredible. A few bugs nibble a bit at the experience, but nonetheless a good game!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback. Sadly we introduced a lot of bugs in the end, but I am still happy with how the game ended up.

nice game defnetly a risk in a 48 hour jam but lacking in content and something feels just off i cant really place it but its fun none the less but its not goingto hold your atention for long

Developer

There's always room to improve, but for 48hrs I am pretty satisfied with what we made.

Submitted(+1)

Normally I would give constructive criticism but the only thing that comes up is: How the hell did you make this in 48 hours. It looks and feels great. I'm just not a big fan of the menu color and font choice but for the rest. TOP NOTCH!

Developer

How did we make this in 48hrs? Well... As long as we can imagine it, we can create it.
If we wouldn't have come up with the idea right away, it would probably not have been done in this short time.
Thanks for playing. <3

After seeing previews of this game in discord I had high hopes and I was not disappointed. I actually played this game for over an hour. The interdependence of buildings is fun to manage the power-up after each level gives it replay value.

Developer(+1)

*reads beginning* *anxiety rises* "I was not disappointed" *relieved*
On our discord server the highscore is area 5 right now.  So it guess you are right about that replay value. :D
Thank you very much for that lovely feedback. <3

I really enjoyed this combination of city building and collecting resources. The graphics are amazing and the controls are great. The game just feels super fleshed out in general. Amazing job!

Developer(+1)

Many thanks to you! I'm surprised who "polished" the game is myself.

I didn't think we would make it with so many additional features.

I feel honered that you say "graphics are amazing". We're both not artists and this is what I would consider programmers art. :D

Command & Conquer + Yogscast + Christmas? That's a super win for me!!

Developer

Thank you very much. Glad you like it :D
We finished just in time.
