Hey guys! We really loved your game, we actually followed the progress on your twitter while we were working on ours, we were so sure you would be top 10! 95 votes too! Ya'll knocked it out of the park!

Developer

Thanks a lot for your kind words. Well we already knew we wouldn't get in because of how the scoring system works, but we received a lot of support and love.
It shows that people actually love the game and we should polish it up and get it out there!
So that's what we're going to do. :D

Developer

Not in the top 10, but look at this Rating Distribution with 95 votes!
Pretty happy with the results.

100% this is the best game of the Jam. It was amazing, awesome work.

Developer

Thanks. This means a lot <3

this is super polished and good! despite how much i play them, i'm not very good at these kinds of games, but the graphics are very nice and i enjoyed that stuff was clearly explained and simple to control. i think this has some rad potential, great job!!

Thanks a lot. <3

This was one of my favorites.

Even though it was kind of weird how I always had max and it seemed like they'd rather make new presents and trees than gather from storage it was still really good.

You could add an option to send them off to town before its full.

Developer

Thank you. Means a lot that you liked it.
We didn't have time to balance the game, but there will be a post jam version for sure.

Really, really well designed. Sound mechanics. Good take on resource management! Only suggestion is that I wish time moved a touch faster, but I don't play many city builders, heh

Developer

Thank you very much. We'll think about that, but later one (when you unlock skills) it get's faster.

Great game but i wish it was a little bit faster one of the most impressive ones ive seen.

Developer

Thanks for your feedback.

Chill game, enjoyed playing it!

Developer(+1)

Thank you very much! :)

Reindeers tend to get stuck carrying trees while the storage is full, resulting in no sleighs being able to depart and no more storage space ever getting freed up. Bit of a dead lock that has to be manually solved by placing more storage or reindeer schools (and sometimes a bit of luck if all newly availablereindeer decide to still ignore the sleigh).

That being said, excellent job. You've successfully wasted 8 areas worth of my time.

Submitted(+1)

Well, 7 areas worth. I didn't really even start the 8th area. Still, why did I spend that long on this?!

Developer(+1)

Thank you very much :)

Yeah, the reindeer bug is a known issue (already fixed locally, update will be posted after the contest is over). It's actually on purpose that reindeers only walk to the sleigh if they don't carry anything. The problem is that they were not supposed to harvest anything in the first place if your storage is full.^^

Excellent level of polish all round, I'll share this with friends for sure! The music is still in my head, and I thought the art was really cute!

Developer

Thanks a lot! :3

Sharing is caring. There will be an update after the competition.

Easily the most polished game i have played so far in the game jam. Fun to play  and rewarding . I think it also has plenty of strategic depth as far as i can tell. Well done.

Developer

Thank you. Great to hear <3

Would have more strategic depth if we would have gotten around to the balancing act.

Submitted(+1)

Really fun game! I spent the most time on this game than most other game sin the bundle. It is very polished and fleshed out. Great art, music, sound and mechanics. Good job!

Developer(+1)

Thanks a lot. <3

Hope you will come back to play the updated version after the competition!

Submitted(+1)

I definitely will!

In the meantime I'd love it if you could play and rate my game! :)

As a city builder addict, this is right up my alley. Great game, cant wait to play it more and figure out all the finer details.

Developer(+2)

We're going to push an update after the competition ends with bug fixes, better balancing, online highscores, fixed links in the webgl build and a proper save function.

Submitted(+1)

wow! impressive level of finish for so little time - love the voxel style

you're feeding my city builder addiction

Developer(+1)

haha. Glad to hear!
Will you create a Megacity, like no one has before?

Submitted(+1)
