Nice idea to put AR in VR! I've been excited to play this ever since I saw your video on the discord channel.

This was a very impressive entry! Great, expressive, and incredibly interactible environment that you created! I loved the little details you threw in, like the safe being too heavy to carry. The hands physics were incredible as well. Great implementation of two-handed interactions!
If you find some time this weekend, please check out our game “Starship Minis”, if you haven’t already, and leave a comment to let us know what you think! https://itch.io/jam/vr-jam-2021/rate/1145490
Thanks and congrats on completing the jam!!
Awwwww hits too close to home this one T-T ! As everyone else mentions this has to be one of the most creative mechanics (in VR as a whole! not exclusive to this jam)
Loved it, but felt as if I cheated on the 4th level because of the 'multi-jump' thing hehe. This game's creativity is inspiring! So thank you for uploading :)
Lovely concept, very close to home which is somewhat hard to take... haha.
The AR in VR is really interesting, especially for me never really having given much AR a go, so really enjoyed that, and the idea of getting a friend to play with online was neat.
One thing I ran into (and I know this is gonna sound rather stupid but) I got stuck right at the beginning in my first attempt as I chucked the phone out the window (lol). Very much my fault but worth a mention, especially as it's one of the first steps.
Also the chair seemed to retain physics interactions so once it was down, I couldn't stand it back up for the life of me.
Really nice concept and a good use of the theme too! :)
Thank you for the review!!
Your issue had me rolling on the floor. Hahahah i wish i saw that from outside the room. I can just imagine a cell phone getting chucked outside and then a confused look when you hear it ringing. Sorry about that but funny nonetheless. Definitely will need to be updated once voting is over.
Amazing concept! I was worried about performance since you use an additional camera, but it's well optimized with nice looking low poly models everywhere. definitely one of my favorite games in the jam.
Only Suggestion: could keep the screen with the todo list immovable, coz you can bump into it and it would fall and hide the todo list, and player won't realize there're things they need to read there.
Overall, Great job :)
Amazing experience and idea! Great and fully functional stuff in such a short timetable. Did really enjoy exploring AR in VR.
Woooo, i really was fascinating on that cool mechanic! I think that an adventure game based on that, would be really awesome!! Good Job!! (And also keep going with you tube tutorials lulz)
Really cool mechanic! I had a blast navigating the levels and this is one of my favorites. You probably already know this since my character would teleport back to home.. but going up against the walls and turning the right stick would push you through boundaries. Keep up the great work, I enjoy your YouTube channel!
I liked the concept behind this! A little puzzle game using AR in a VR world. Brilliant.
My main recommendation would be to put in an option for teleportation. It would be great for accessibility.
Not gonna lie, I absolutely love the AR platforming mechanic, however, I'd say it's way too underused right now. It would be much cooler if the multi-jump (which is kind of broken right now if you tap the jump button really fast) was removed and the main character would have to move props for the small guy to jump on. But that's just a nitpick, considering there wasn't exactly much time for designing such level. Overall, I really like the game. Voice acting and story is good as well.
Wow! You're a magician to pull off that game within a game within an interacting game game game action. That was a fantastic and well polished game for such a short time! Amazing!
