Forgot how bad this was lmao dont play this

Just a bug I forgot to fix, figured it was quick enough to not be noticeable but I guessed wrong it seems lol

I like the game, but like others have said, the dice rolling is just way too slow to the point of being tedious. I do like the artwork, although the mesh between the clean drawings and the completely different look of the tiles looks a bit off at times.

The game is decently fun, although I ran into a bug (I think at least) where the bullets would fire at a really slow rate no matter how fast I clicked. Other than that I liked the many types of bullets and the visuals where clean even if very simple.

I like the idea of switching tools throughout the level, but I thought the controls were a bit unresponsive and I wasn't quite understanding how to clear some of the levels. I only got to level 3 before giving up. Also, I think you did good with the presentation.

The overall presentation is really well done, although I wasn't really sure what my goal was or how to kill the enemies.

This is probably the best one I've played so far, the game looks and plays so cleanly and I did not see any bugs the whole time. I really liked the random modifier after every shot depending on what the dice rolled. Although I did find some modifiers kind of underwhelming. My only big issue with the game is how short it is, but the jam only lasted a couple days so I guess I cant be too hard on you for that. Great work!

I thought the game was decently fun, although I thought it might be a little too reliant on RNG, I would have liked to see more of a balance of strategy and RNG. Not to say that there wasn't any strategy, there were times where I had to decide to finish off a weak enemy or take out the larger one with a higher number dice. The presentation was pretty good and I liked the sound design,  and I didn't see any bugs. Overall, pretty good work.

Pretty fun, although I would have liked to see a higher FOV, there were a lot of instances of not being aware of my surroundings. I would have also like to see some sort of dodge move, It seemed kind of hard to avoid the dice's attacks. But I  still had a good time, it was really satisfying to multiple kills in a row without having to reload.

Really clean, well made game, I liked that I had to manage 5 dice, carving paths out by stacking them or raising a platform. I was only able to beat 3 levels (although I'm not too great at puzzle games).

I'll start off by talking visuals, overall pretty nice. I like the simple sprites with the nice looking particle effects, I thought the water and acid spraying looked very impressive.

As for the gameplay, it felt pretty solid, the movement was mostly fine, although I wish I had a bit more horizontal movement. The combat felt kinda clunky at times, it felt risky getting up close to the enemy and it seemed easier just to avoid them altogether. I do like the variation of enemies, they all seemed pretty unique and distinct. It took me about 30 minutes to beat, and Id say I spent about 20 of those minutes just looking for the ending. There was no clear direction I was supposed to go in. I also thought the boss was just a bit underwhelming and it just has to do with the combat mechanics. I think if my attack had a bit more range it would feel a whole lot better.

Overall, its a solid metroidvania, it has all the mechanics it should have, but some of those mechanics could have used a bit more work. But regardless of all my criticisms, you did a great job :)

Firstly I'll say that visually, the game is really pleasant. The sprite work is very nice and I found no visual bugs.

As for the gameplay, the controls felt a bit sloppy at times. I think my main complaint was with the wall bounce, it felt very inconsistent, and I couldn't really tell if there was a good way of controlling it. The rest of the movement felt pretty solid, apart from the dash feeling just a tad bit inconsistent as well, but nowhere as bad as the wall jump. Its not too hard to see that you drew a lot of parallels with Celeste with the movement, the collectables, the dash ability etc. Which is totally fine, drawing inspiration from another game is never a bad thing, but I was just hoping for a little bit more originality if I'm being honest. I was hoping for maybe different powerup rather than just adding an extra dash.

I would say it fits the metroidvania genre pretty well with the open level design and the scattered powerups. But once again, I would have considered adding a little more variation to the powerups, I think that could've gone a long way.

I'd also like to say that I enjoyed the characters scattered around with a decent amount of dialogue. It really helped the world seem more alive.

Overall I had a pretty good time with the game other than the times that wall jumping was necessary. I can tell you put a good amount of work into it and I think the final product was very clean mostly. Great job :)

(Also I ended with 9 flowers and 128 deaths.)

(Also can't believe I got rick rolled)

I'll start off by saying the combat felt pretty clean and the movement felt very smooth, good work in those departments. So you got the most important parts down. The things I had issues with was that the art style felt a bit inconsistent, some of the models looked great, then some felt like they needed a bit of work. Overall pretty solid game :)

Thanks for the feedback, admittedly yes, alot of it was sloppily put together (I kinda rushed the last few days), but im glad you enjoyed a few parts of it :)

First I'll start off with the positives. The game feels very polished, I only found like one or two visual bugs in my playthrough, the sprites are amazing and I like the crispy retro sound design.

Now for my criticisms. First off is the combat, it felt like there wasn't really a good way to dodge enemy attacks until I got larger weapons, I found myself just having to brute-force my way through. And the combat also started to feel a bit stale fairly quickly, I was hoping it would spice up a bit more.

Overall, pretty polished, beautiful sprites, and I can tell you worked hard on it, but some of the gameplay felt a bit lackluster. But nonetheless I think you did great :)

Thank you all for the kind comments and criticisms, I decided to continue development on this project! Follow the devlog here: https://discord.gg/XbHu7b8jty

Heres my entry, its a movement shooter inspired by Titanfall 2

I loved the vaporwave style and the music was awesome. Some criticisms I do have, is that it is a bit too hard, and combat is a bit lacking. Other than that, it was pretty solid.

It was pretty enjoyable. My favorite thing to do was put a bunch of enemies in a horde and blow them all up at once with the fireball ability.

I was a bit confused as to how to play, but I did think it was pretty satisfying to play anyways.

Pretty fun, although near the end I had no clue how to progress, and my score only got up so high before I couldn't find anything else to destroy.

If you have any feedback, let me know :)

I love the idea of controlling more than one thing at a time, and the sound effects were nice and crispy. Good work!

VERY clean visuals, and I like how quickly the gameplay ramps up. Great job!

If you like movement shooters, you might like this! :)

Game where you take down a huge robot terrorizing the city. With movement inspired by games like Titanfall 2 and Doom Eternal. I hope you enjoy :)

I really loved the lighting when the waves started coming in, but I was a little disappointed when I saw it was a wave system instead of having an end. But still fun!

The art style is great.

One of the most unique games I've played so far.  Also my favorite art style so far. Everything is top notch.

Incredible art style and visual effects, the screen shake was a nice touch. Very nice and polished. Good job :)

Definitely hit that chaotic theme in the last two levels! I like how tense it was getting. Definitely one of my favs so far. Great work! :)

Im pretty sure I got to about wave 5 before exiting, I would have played more but I want to play as many submissions as possible :)

Best bullet hell I've played so far in this jam, absolutely loved the character and sound design, top notch stuff. I just wish it was a bit harder.
Awesome work!

Pretty fun,  I just wish there was a bit of an indicator of where the planets were going to shoot from. But still great work!

Simple, clean, very fun! The sound effects and ultra smooth gameplay made for a very satisfying experience. Great work!

I think there is a bit too many mechanics thrown at you in the very beginning. But still had some pretty cool mechanics!
