I love all the small details and funny messages, and the driving controls felt good, though the collision on the builds could be reworked a little. I also wish there was a minimap to see the best route to get somewhere. The arrows were great and it just needs some driving sounds! Nice job overall
Fun graphics, and then interesting dialog but with a cynical chat reading features. I were missing the other citizens and cars, but you shall have put your all time to the mechanics. It's fun to drive car, but the view could zoom out while driving faster. Some more feedback (cash rewards?) would be also nice when the box is delivered.
Hey thanks for a great game! Fun driving mechanic. Had that kind of Crazy Taxi vibe to it. Music was great too! Mini map (As someone said before) would have helped but no biggie. good job!
smooth driving, i really liked the ramps part
the entire map and vibe felt good
great job!
Yoooo nmew GTA looks liiiit! Seriously though, very fun game and well polished!
Looks great, and it's really fun drifting around the place like a madman, but boy do those buildings come out of nowhere! Because the camera angle is looking down so steeply it's hard to know what's coming up in any direction.
The movement itself feels fun, and if you hit the curbs just right you can do all sorts of awesome flipping stuff. It took a wee bit to get used to, but I actually enjoyed having the camera locked off rather than rotating with the car, I just would have liked to see more of my surroundings. Zooming out a bit maybe? I also got a good laugh out of the text I got when I went for a swim :)
Great job!
I really like the visual style, and the main concept is fun! The movement feels quite good; the gathering momentum and speed are fun to experiment with.
I think I saw another comment that suggested a minimap, and I'd agree that it would probably be very helpful. It was pretty tricky to navigate the buildings, especially because sometimes if I accidentally ran into a building while driving downwards, the building would obstruct view of the van, making it easy to get stuck.
Also, keeping the orientation of the camera rigid is an interesting choice; perhaps it adds to the challenge of it, but it was definitely something to get used to!
Thank you for playing my game and the feedback. I was planning on adding a minimal, but didn't have time to implement. Perhaps zooming out if you pick up speed would help with the drivability. As for the buildings obstructing the view I would need to look at how I could fix that, but I definitely it can become an issue at times.
Pretty fun game. While the loop of driving from a to b wasn't very interesting for me, driving very quickly was. Seeing how fast you could get zooming around town was pretty enjoyable. I think that if you added a timer or something that encouraged faster driving that would make the game much better.
Also, some kind of minimap would be awesome. I found myself a lot of the time crashing into buildings that you just can't see because of the camera angle. Adjusting the camera or adding a minimap so that you can see buildings coming ahead of you would enable much faster driving instead of cautiously edging forwards.
Overall though, I liked the map design and aesthetics but I think it just needs a few tweaks to really get it there.
