Awesome game! I didn't run into any bugs at all but I also took your instructions and hit the invisible button, so everything worked great. Based on the buttons I'm assuming you're making this for mobile? Do it. I would play the heck out of this. Love the sense of progression and the cute art style.

Nice unique gameplay, like the peril of the water rising and descend into the caves which has lots of room to expand for collectibles.

I would be very grateful if you could also check out my game if you may spare a few minutes also.

Very cute mining game :) I loved the sunglasses wearing emerald guy ;D Some indication of how much the different gems are worth, or how much money you have while mining would be great, but well done in any case :)

This is one of my fave jam games. Its a simple concept but I just love how you went about progression and the theme. Loved the music and art too it fit very well. The best aspect, however, was emerald guy - he literally would fit into undertale with his personality haha. Oh and also press space to be cool was a sweet way to end the game. Great job in a week!

I really like this take on it! interesting concept and love mining games so this was perfect. I feel some extra UI is needed just for indication of how much you resources you have to decide when to travel back up but other than that really really fun! :D

Cute game and interesting concept.  I love mining stuff.  :)  The frowny and smiley face when you hang onto the sidewall is a nice touch.

Some suggestions and issues found:
- Have a UI that show how much you have mined.
- Maybe if you cannot mine a node yet because you need an upgrade or something, have a "fail" to hit noise/ animation, like Stardew Valley did with their mining?
-  Build the game in windowed mode instead of full screen unless you're super sure it'll work on all different aspect ratios. My husband has an ultra wide monitor and couldn't see a lot of the upper/lower portions of the screen.


Overall cute game and well done!  I look forward to seeing what sort of updates you input after the game.

This was a  very fun mine game! I played till I rescued my buddy purple and went Cool.

Really glad I got to play this game, super fun! Love the water sound effect! I always went closest to water first just to hear the sound effect.

At first I didn't realize how to mine, because you tell us all other controls except how to mine.

But overall, a fun game, it's kind of satisfying to mine the walls for some reason... :)
