Description
I imagined a story heavy game with lots of beautiful and interesting landscapes and cities to explore. While visually beautiful, it has dark moments too.

Each track represents a different part in the journey. The titles combined with the music should be all the explanation you need :)

Message from the artist:
I wanted to let the music do the talking for me, so enjoy :)

Theme

a journey to remember.

How does it fit the theme?
It is an epic journey through unknown lands. I tried to incorporate a somewhat heroic/epic main theme. The music should describe the characters feelings through the journey as well as the scenery.

The first song is a bop. Love the blend between eletronic sounds and the orchestra.

Nice! I liked "The Journey Changed Me". I think I agree with KrisBijnens about Tread Lightly. The heavy part sounded cool but it just seemed like it should be a different track with a different name.

I like that rockish part in Tread Lightly. Very good work.

damn, a masterpiece again. there are so many amazing things I did discover in this jam. very nice opening and building up. was a bit disappointed Tread Lightly didn't stay "lightly". would love to hear what you would do with 1:17 minutes filled with mostly silence.

My thought process on that was, that the title fits very well to the first part of the track but then, on purpose, REALLY contradicts the second part.

But your idea would 've been interesting too.

Thanks for your input, I do appreciate it! :)

I love how grand this is, the sounds are so big and bold, it's breathtakingly good music!

A great force emanates from this music! The rendering is extraordinarily rich, due to this superimposed use of an orchestra and electronic sounds. The whole is beautiful, and impresses enormously by its emotional power. In three pieces, we discover many artistic facets that show the full technical mastery and musical sense of its author. It's superb, consistent, and extremely enjoyable to listen to. Perfect for a game with great narrative potential, or even for a film with a comparable force in the images like those made by Denis Villeneuve. Excellent work !

Thank you for your kind words! And thank you again for your kind words. And again! ^^

As you can clearly see, I am not as good in picking the perfect way to phrase something as you, but I'm glad that my music didn't fail in that. :)

Ranges from traditional fantasy to Blade Runner, well done keeping the diverging vibes cohesive! Thanks for sharing.

A lot of good stuff going on here- the highlight for me would probably be how you transitioned from the piano section into the louder, fuller section! Really enjoyed it!

What an awesome sound, love your style! Great mix of acoustic instrumentation paired with electronic elements. Composition and production quality is on point so I only have creative feedback based on individual taste.

What Lies Ahead: Always an ear opener when you hear that “god chord” as they call it haha. The change up in sections evoke two different emotions, possibly too much so for a VGM track. You could easily separate both sections into two beautiful tracks.

Tread Lightly: Powerful statement here. Your tracks definitely tell a story.

I think you could place an even bigger space between the intro and the big powerhouse theme. I picture a lush long decaying reverb on the horns, and hearing that intro piano leitmotif playing again in the background just before a big whoosh riser into the main theme. So much tension so much anticipation.

Cheers, thanks for sharing with us!

Thank you for your feedback!

I must say, I really like your ideas to improve the tracks, espacially the one with the bigger space between the parts makes a lot of sense to me.

So thanks again, I always appreciate constructive criticism :)

Tread Lightly! The piano intro was so well executed!!! Such an awesome melody that brought you into the brass.  Really great track!!! Overall a great OST with fantastic use of orchestration! Solid work! <3

This has a really neat aesthetic, I like it a lot!

Love the minimalistic yet powerful composition in What Lies ahead.  very interesting how the soundtrack gets progressively darker, the sound you achieved definetly helps to transmit that idea. You just  have 3 tracks, but the three of them are structured very nicely. Outstanding job :)
