How did you incorporate the theme and lore?
Break the System - The object of the game is to break out of the nightmare you are trapped in.
Lore - All you have is a single light to fight against the darkness and defeat the enemies. If the enemies get too close, the light will begin to fade and narrow. If your light fades completely, you lose. There are batteries scattered on the map to recharge you light.

Hey there! I streamed your game and reviewed it before the rating period ended. I enjoyed your game and I hope you had a fun experience!
Cool lighting and coloring. Good choice to not use music here, but only the creepy background pad. I love it!
If there was something I'd like to put in the wish jar, it would be some sort of feedback that a monster is killed. Since they fade, I have more than once been running into them, thinking I've killed them. ^^
Good idea! I was going to add particle effects (I had a smoke effect in place as if they were burning) but it didn’t play nicely with the shadows and I didn’t have time to debug.
Love the concept/mechanics and creepy vibes
Gameplay could've been tweaked a bit more. Only really enough for 1 kill of the shadows per battery, and they're too infrequent enough to make killing the shadows an option never worth taking. Graphically it did have a very nice aesthetic though!
really nice atmosphere which makes it look pretty creepy and really good!
Nice game. The lighting turn out really nice.
The movement is kinda hard to grasp, but it is what creates the challenge in the game.
Good job.
You nailed the spooky nightmare-ish atmosphere and im glad you didn't make the flashlight rotate towards the cursor because the way you did it gave me a feeling of slowly backing off and hoping that the enemies dont hurt me! A short and well done game!
Good game but is there is a way to fight enemies!??!
Read the info screen carefully :)
I loved the atmosphere of this game, a bit slow on the pacing, but a job well done nonetheless.
Thanks! I had other ideas to spice up the combat a bit but unfortunately didn't have enough time.
Totally loved the graphics but it is difficult.
hey, is there a mac version available?
the one marked as all platforms only had windows executables in it 😞
Sorry about that, was confused by the build settings in Unity. I've now uploaded a WebGL version so you can play it in the browswer :)
Awesomeee! Will try it when I get home!
Good graphics but the controls feel a bit weird and I didn't know what my goal was for a bit. Good game 4/5.
