Fun idea and a very ambitious game. And great use of the assets. I had severe clipping problems though and some trouble figuring out what to do. The grappling hook felt fun though and the voice acting was great

This is a very interesting concept and I would love to swing around that cool monster. Unfortunately, both me and a friend found it really difficult to control and felt like the camera was doing some pretty bizarre thing.

The monster looked awesome. The swinging itself was tricky, but maybe i'm just bad... but was still really fun! Great job!

I absolutely loved the voice acting it really made the overall experience a lot better. The gameplay was fun too but I couldn't quite figure out how to enter the maw, but I got all of the weak spots. I felt sometimes like it was hard to figure out exactly where I was on the monster because of how he moves while you are also trying to grapple up him... but I eventually figured out a semi consistent way to climb up the monster. Overall great feel and atmosphere with voice acting and tense music, and I think the gameplay could be really fun too with some tweaking. Nice work!

When the player swings in front of his face he will scream and open the maw, this probably should've been explained better (maybe with a voice cur once you destroy the weak spots) Glad you figured out a system thanks for playing!

The game was pretty fun, although I couldnt finish the second part for the life of me because several of the walls lacked collision and I would just fall right through them. Would’ve liked to see the end, but wasn’t able to get there.

Awesome voice over. Kind of like Shadow of the Colossus. As others have said, it was a bit disorienting and hard to control which made it frustrating. Having said that, when you are swinging from the monster, it's pretty fun. awesome :)

Can definitely see why games like SotC and the Attack on Titan game use 3rd person since it gives the player a better point of reference when scaling the monster. Thanks for playing!

The gameplay is hard to figure out, and the jumping feels glitchy. I ended up just mashing space and right click and was able to move up the monster. I hit all the weak points but couldn't get in the maw. I think a gameplay video would be very useful so people can see how the game should be played. I also don't think its good that you have to wait for the monster to come by you to attach to it (at least I think thats what you have to do), since most players' instincts will be to jump at the monster and then try and grapple on trees, which I did and just immediately died. I think with a little more information people should be able to figure it out. Cool concept.

Hey solid feedback. The controls was definitely a learning experience since I built all the movement and tweaked everything before importing the monster in and the movement of the enemy can make it way more difficult to control.

There was a quick upload before the jam end to make it easier to play.  Also, the tutorial at the start was supposed to explain everything but maybe didn't account for the *how* players would try to enter the maw. Definitely something to think about next jam. Thanks!

The voice acting is on point and good use of the assets but its really hard orient yourself because of the gravity i feel.

Thanks! And you're right. I've slowed down the enemy animation to make it less jarring when your swinging around. Also made the triggers larger for the weak spots to make it easier. (Hopefully this helps)
