Really good game!

I liked the difficulty of moving the bullet, you had just enough control to make it possible but not too easy.

Very well done

The was infuriatingly good!

Not sure if the bullet could do with some more work, or have levels work around it more. But other than that I was happy to keep dying to try again.

The mechanic it self is genius, I did love it. And the walk jumping was a nice touch, to make getting to a bullet even harder.

Well done, great entry to the jam!

A challenge, new mechanics, and a joy to play!

This is one of the best implementation of the theme I've seen. The game is quite challenging, both the platform part and the bullet control part. Good job!

Thanks!! :)

I really like making very challenging games, my friends joke that I just don't know how to make easy ones

I'm glad you enjoyed it! :)

Very cool game the character controls are really nice but the bullet control is a bit tricky

Submitted(+1)

Great game! Controlling bullets were hard to do, but clearing stages were satisfying.

Developer

I agree with you! I got used to the bullet control and forgot that new players would have to learn how it works as well.

I think the game needs more (easier) levels to introduce the bullet mechanic.

This is really well polished! The animations are pretty good, and the mechanic of swapping between using your character and the bullet keeps things fresh. It is too difficult for me though, and it took me two hours just to beat the ten levels (nothing better to do). Perhaps some more easier stages to help players get more acquainted with the controls and mechanics might have been nice. Overall, it is a really great entry!

You are one of the very few people that actually beat the game, you're awesome!

I totally agree that it needs more easier levels in the beginning to teach the player how to control character/bullet better.

Thanks for the feedback! :)

Only made it to the fourth level but this is an awesome game! It's very polished for a game jam game too, with the sweet looking bullet trail and multiple quality levels.

Thanks for sharing your experience with the game! :)

I think a lot of people got stuck in level 4 (those who managed to pass level 2 lol)
Anyway, the difficulty curve needs improvement, that's for sure!

Game Jams are always a great Game Design lesson to all of us! :)

Wow! Great game. Its a little difficult, just the 2. level took me like 5 mins but it looks amazing, feels amazing and the mechanics are really good. Just the way the bullet is controled is a bit weird.

Btw check my game too pls

Thanks for the feedback! :)

The difficulty curve is definetly something that I have to improve in future versions.

I think the bullet mechanic needs a few easier levels to let players understand better how it works.

Yea. I agree

Cool game, start a bit difficult but satisfying when you finish

Developer

You beat it!? Awesome! Thanks for sharing :)

Pretty good challenge, but really satisfying when you pop everyone's head off.

Fun and challenging!

Really fun game, the levels were very well designed. Was there any game that inspired this mechanic? Congrats on your entry!

Thanks for playing! :) The bullet mechanic is inspired by Bulletstorm's Bullet Control (starts at 0:33):
