OMG I absolutely love it.
this is definitely my favorite game from this jam
Very fun game, really like the graphics and visual feedback, very good job!
One of the most polished games in the jam. Fun and very clean. Good work!
Very creative... Snake mixed really well with searching and eating the colors. Amazing music.
I would prefer not to die hitting the walls, since it already is hard enough to manage the big snake while searching the color... But it was a fun nostalgic experience.
Thanks for your feedback! I was considering whether to let the player wrap around to the other side when passing through a wall, but I decided to stick to the classic rules of snake.
Wow, good music and visuals. I enjoy it

This game is so good
Game was fun and I loved the music selection in the game! Classical snake game but with a twist where you implemented color and the you are your enemy approach from snake games. Great work!
simon says snake game? I say nice game!
Ah, snake. The classic "You're your own worst enemy" game. This was an enjoyable experience. Occasionally instead of "Color" the text says "Text". 8.5/10
Not sure if you realized, but when the text says "text", it meant to eat the pellet with the colour stated in the other UI element instead of the visual color!
Thank god!
Finally someone creating snake for browser, not download! :)
I like the creative spine about color with Snake!
I was very fun to play!
It always stopped and showed me Game Over when I ate the orange dot, with 422 points.
I assume that is the end of the game?
The light effects and shading are really great!
Well done!
I realized that the game might be a bit confusing, but other than the UI that states the color itself, there is another one that states whether to follow the visual color or the actual word stated on the text! This could be why you kept dying after the 4th pellet as this randomization only happens only after the 4th one.
Oh yeaaah! I did not figure that one out!
I thought the game just ends like that lol.
Thanks for the tip!
I think there were some accidental UI elements? I'm not sure, but there was a black box over the right side of the screen for me. and some text that was just called "text". Otherwise I thought it felt fun to play and was a cool concept
The black box seems to be a bug, but the text saying "text" actually means to eat the pellet with the color stated in the word instead of the actual visual color!
I loved the visuals and sound you used for this entry! I also had a lot of fun with the game itself, and I think this was the perfect scope for a game jam. It's super fun and a great experience, so good work!
This is a really cool variation on the classic snake gameplay! Love it
Cool visuals and sounds used!
Well polished and nicely done.
Really nice variant for the snake game! With the sounds, shake and the colors it's fun to play.
For some possible improvements: queued input would make controlling the snake easier, in particular at corners.
Also, the black transition rectangle stays at the right side, making it impossible to get anything under it. Maybe that's only my browser?
Thanks for the suggestions! As for the black transition rectangle it fully goes away on my side, so I am not sure what is the issue either. If anyone else faces this, please do let me know!
noice gaem
Nice twist on the snake formula, really challenging, sometimes the pellet will spawn close to a corner making it really difficult to pick, but everything else is outstanding, specially that funky music!
Interesting spin on Snek! Good work!
