It’s an interesting mechanic, but in my opinion, in current form it greatly limits level design.
Fun little puzzle platformer. I enjoyed the tree-growing mechanic idea to solve the levels. And restricting the water added additional consideration for the player to calculate. Great work!
Thanks for playin'!
I love squirrels. 3rd level has mario-esque shortcut which was fun. Adding squirrel noises would have been really great. Fun little game.
Thanks for playing. I hear ya on the squirrel noises. We'll definitely add those if we take this further.
I really like the idea here. Plus Squirrels are just so awesome! The levels were fun but I got stuck on like the fourth one. The Acorn would not plant. But it was a lot of fun. Good work!
Thanks for playin' and thanks for your feedback. There's a bit of a bug with the acorns not planting so that one's on us :p
I like this idea, it's clever! I did run into issues where the acorns wouldn't plant when I would drop them on the ground but maybe that was user error
Thanks for playing. And the acorns not planting is a known bug, so it's definitely our fault :)
Very cute! I managed to beat it, though I did cheat on the third level :)
Ah you found the secret route ;) Thanks for playin'!
I'm not sure if being able to Mario World 1-2 the third level was intended, but I'm sure my squirrel appreciated getting to keep the acorns regardless :]
Haha we noticed that during play testing. Decided to let it be ;) Thanks for playin'!
The acorns didn't seem to always want to sprout, but it was easy enough to restart the level and try again. A nice simple concept with the potential for some very clever level design! Nice job!
Thanks for playin'!
I had some issues with the watering mechanic. It just sometimes didn't seem to work. Good though that there was a quick restart mechanic and it usually fixed itself on a level restart,
Thanks for the feedback !
