I really liked the character animations. The difficulty curve became a bit steep at the end, but it kept me motivated to finish the game :)
It would've been great to be able to dash while jumping and the acceleration was a bit slow I had a few times where I wasn't able to jump far enough after having to stop on a single tile platform to avoid a saw. Otherwise the movement felt very great.

Hey, thanks for your feedback! Yeah, I was going to implement air dash but I was afraid I couldn't finish it in time so I finalized the main loop, submitted then went to sleep and only 30min before the deadline found a bug in the jump that had to be fixed - otherwise the game would be unfair and frustrating. Notes taken about the movement too :)
Great game. I love the animations. Even tho it's quite hard, it's really fun to play. Good job :D
that spritesheet is so clean! really attractive animations on all the checkpoints and oregano leaves, really cute music to boot - awesome work!

Nice! I love the music, and it looped well. Idle animation looks like she's getting ready to start boxing lol. Didn't finish due to my lack of skill, but still fun to play.
Would have loved if she could dash in the air, but well, you can't have all the good things at the same time! Nicely done.

Loved the platforming! Do you intend to open source the game? I've been struggling to make some (very similar) platforming controls myself and I can't really get them to work properly, seeing how someone else successfully implemented them might point me in the right direction!

Hey, nice platformer with solid mechanics. The ponytail irritates a little bit, it looks like the girl is moving backwards. The game is tough, I admit I did not finish it yet, maybe I come back to it. I do not get the connection to the theme besided “missing oregano”.

Well, the idea is that in the end you probably missed something - be it to collect all oregano or to not die. But if I was not clear, then I failed to show this :/
