I liked it! I guess I wasn't the only one with a pizza chef as the main character haha! Well done I am impressed you made it in just 48 hours! Also yes Pixelorama!

I generally like this sort of game, but this one was a bit too slow for my taste. If the movements were more fluid and faster, I'd definitely like it a whole lot more.

Developer(+1)

Thanks, I know I have to work on better movement next time, for me it showed most on diagonal movement it's just a simple `move_and_slide`, but time was running out so I had to move on ;)

Some sort of resolution issue makes this show up as really small for me. (Playing on Macbook Pro, 2880x1800)

Developer

Hmmm should work in browser. I wasnt really testing it as a standalone, made the exports just in case.
The resolution I was doing everything at was 1200x800

I was playing in browser. I think the problem is if you don't set any stretch mode (viewport, keep aspect, etc.) it will show only at the resolution you set, which is tiny on my computer.

Developer

Yeah, I'll think about scaling more next time, I was set on 1200x800 and nothing else :<
Unfortunately it can be unplayable for you, there are some details you must be able to spot to win :<

Really nice job, loved your artwork.

It was a fun game to play.

Easy to pick up, and I liked the control scheme you used.

Great work!

Nice game! Gets a little repetitive after lvl 6

Developer

Thanks :)
Yeah, it's a very simple game loop so it gets boring, other than making it faster I couldn't think of other stuff to add in the time I had for the project.

Indeed, more ingredients would make it close to impossible. Maybe you can buy some powerups to make you run faster or carry more ingredients. That would allow you to make it even more difficult after that
