A very interesting concept! I liked the concept a lot, with a pretty cool scoring mechanic. It definitely took a bit to get the hang of, but it was a very enjoyable experience. The animation for the dice is also really good and satisfying to watch. Nice work!

I can't really say much since the gameplay's really simple but I wish the attacks did more damage.
I’m not sure what you mean? The gameplay is simple because it was a solo game jam project so I didn’t have the time and resources to make anything overly complicated; having said that other comments have seemed to find it interesting. Most of the attacks one shot the easiest enemy so I think the damage is fairly balanced, but I am working on making the combos do area damage not direct.
What I meant to say is there isn't anything that I don't like about the game because of it's simple gameplay's (Which is good!). Even though it takes only one hit to kill an enemy, it isn't enough when there are too many enemies on the playfield, making you able to select multiple enemies could help with that.
Nice work, I learned a little bit about Yahtzee haha. I think the combo mechanic is pretty neat. :)
Oh wow, there's a whole lot of really cool interconnected ideas bouncing off each other here! Loading your weapon with movement, and buying yourself time to get the best rolls – it's a really compelling gameplay loop, I like it! And it helps that the rolling sound effect is that satisfying. Great stuff!
Great job ! Very beautifull game, not sure why you left the huge UI panel though. I'm nut sure why you would do anything else than Yahtzee or maybe 3 of a kind for smaller enemy. I feel like lg. Straight should be the most powerfull attack followed by sm. straight and full house
Its a fun game and a unique take on the theme, the music is good and the dice controls well. good submission overall
Well this was a fun take. Have not seen it anywhere else. Took me a minute to understand but the feeling of landing a combo on an enemy and popping them is great. Good job there. Not sure if I missed it but I was hoping for like a final score when the mobs finally got me. Also I was never sure how much health they had so I usually tried 5 of a kind to ensure death. Maybe some color changing as they lose health or something.
Overall good job there. I had fun and thats always good.
I like the mechanic of rolling your dice around and selecting which dice to save. Because it's Yahtzee, however, I found the game was way easier if I just went for a Yahtzee every time, since you can roll 4 times in one direction to land on the same number. Very cool idea though and I would love to see it expanded.
Our team was also inspired by Yahtzee, so it's cool to see how we went in different directions.
Amazing graphics - would love some form of tutorial / instructions page as took me a few attempts to figure out how to play! As other comments have stated - I would love to see some different combo attacks depending on what you roll. Will definitely come back after the jam to see future development
The game feels really fun to play and looks like the corner strategy has already been mentioned. The black bar didn't disappear for me after hitting play with was slightly distracting and maybe a score counter would have been a good addition. Either ways great job!
A very cool game and an interesting concept! Would've loved to see a bit more balancing as simply avoiding the enemies turned out to be more efficient than Yahtzeeing them down one by one, but the gameplay was quite engaging and I found myself enjoying it a lot!
Thank you for your feedback! I had hoped to make each score have a unique effect to multiple targets (eg large straight hitting enemies in a line, yahtzee! hitting all surrounding enemies etc) and for the enemies to be faster and more challenging to avoid, but sadly I ran out of time. Will definitely continue to work on this and add that into the game after the game jam rankings are released.
Killed a few minutes with this one! I love the way the dice moves with the sounds and particles. Very satisfying and the music is pretty good. All in all a solid game!
