pretty cool game. could be improved by speeding it up a bit and zooming the camera in.
thank you and yeaaaah
Nice Game, and it plays real smooth.
Like the multiple dice mechanics.
If I have to give some feedback, You can reset the dice to basic one, if you run out of the dice you are currently using. Or at least give a feedback that its empty. It feels like a bug if you hit a enemy and nothing happens(if player doesn't notice the he's empty).
An indication for the damage received by player will also be nice.
P.S. Also got that invisible player character in level 3.
you right the dice feedback thing was in the list of things to add but it didn't make the cut
Also that bug is so annoying lmao
I absolutely love the music, the bassline is very soothing. Fun game! The concept is fun and original.
the music creator was very excited to see this lmao
And thank you!
On the boss level the character disappeared
yeaaaaaah
It only does that sometimes tho and I have no idea why
Nice game and the music was oddly soothing! loved it and nice entry
sadly there were a few glitches, but the game was surprisingly hooking, given that you technically don't have control over how much damage you do. but being given the choice between multiple dice added a touch of strategy, nice! also a very good decision with the d4.
dying felt pretty pointless though. i just tanked the final boss and ran back down when i died. maybe the levels could reset on death, but then you'd need to adjust the difficulty, i think.
thank you so much
And yeah the bugs are really annoying
But I didn't have the level reset because since it was for a game jam I wanted the difficulty to be kinda low and in playtesting I've died for a lot of annoying reasons so I wanted it to be forgiving
But thank you for the feedback
Great job! Loved the concept and can definitely see potential for this game to be fleshed out after the jam!
Thank you!
And actually I might flesh it out
Fireballs can be a bit annoying but i like the different dice for the damage (Reminds me for some reason of D&D)
yeah the fireballs are really annoying
But I actually got the idea from D&D lmao
lol
Really fun and well executed. My main complaint is the fireballs don't damage right away so they just block the player from moving which can get tedious with multiple sources in one room. It would be cool if the different dice have different animations, but that's not a complaint and just an idea for you to develop this more.
Also, I'm a sucker for a good collectathon which this balances well with the usage of what you're collecting.
Edit to add it would also be nice to attack in any direction.
thank you so much
And those fireballs and the attacking really need some work lmao
So far this was the first game jam project that let you choose different dice to try to get higher attack rolls on mobs with more health, however without having an indicator of how much health mobs have, it was just guessing. I also noticed the fireball from the mage would hit the players collider, make the player get a bit stuck, and not delete itself. Some form of hit indicator would have been nice as well so you can tell if you're taking damage.
Critique aside, really good project for this game jam.
Thank you so much I'm really happy with my idea for this
And yeah those are really common complaints lmao
Very nice concept with the multiple dice having different damage. Feels more polished than I thought it would.
Thank you
Very cool concept and asthetics
Thaaaaank you
good prasentation, cool concept, good execution, really enjoyed it
Thank you
The core combat concept was great and with a bit of polish it would have been perfect. I would have loved it if I was able to attack upwards.
Yeah the up and down attacks would definitely help and even came up during development but unfortunately never happened
Very fun. Music, visuals, and sound effects are all great. My character disappeared or something after I went down the first staircase
That bug annoys me cause I'm not sure why it happens. It's caused by the player spawning under the tile map but only sometimes.
You can easily get stuck on enemies or walls and die because of it. Combat was surprisynly fun!
yeah, I encountered that problem too but I couldn't come up with a good solution.
Super fun game, I love the idea of using dice as weapons, if you go on with this Id love to see different dice acting as different kinds of weapons!
My friend had the same idea specifically with it involving range. I might do that if I make an updated version.

I really like the music and visual style and it was fun to play. I felt like the movement was a little fast and uncontrollable though. I also couldn't seem to get the mouse aiming to work like the controls said. But pretty good vibes with the creative style!
Mouse aiming didn't work cause there wasn't mouse aiming lmao. In hindsight there really should have been tho.
Edit: it was even in the tutorial lmao I have no idea how it got there
it got in cus he told me to put it in LOL but thank you for the comment 💜
Cool concept, although it kind of feels like the different dice don't really matter. As it stands you don't really know how much health enemies have so I just sort of used whatever dice I had at the moment.
The idea might make more sense if the dice did different things, like a d6 is a projectile or a d20 is a big aoe. Just something to make using the dice an actual decision. Obviously making all 6 dice included unique would be a lot of work for 48 hours but even if there were only 2 or 3 I feel like that would go a long way.
