I was wondering for a while where all this was heading, but was pleasantly surprised by the absolute chad move by Alex at the end. Great storytelling!

Developer

thanks so much for playing and your feedback :D

Good game a bit repetitive. A lot of content for a game jam game.
As this generally is not my preferred type of game I don't have a ton of feedback but, good job none the less. :)

Developer

thanks so much for playing! :D

Jeez, that was heavy on the heart. Good game, maybe a little repetetive.

Developer

Thank you for playing! :)

Damn I'm sad now :'(

What an interesting narrative! There were a few points of repetition where I felt like a "skip convo" button would be good (or something like "turn your back until they leave" with the wife, to streamline the game. I like the use of the phone to do the emails, it made the world feel more real! Poor guy dealing with corporate layoffs... hopefully that stays fiction. Great job!

Developer(+1)

Yeah, the repetiveness was intended... to a point ^^
We lacked time to add variations in dialog sadly. Thanks for the comment!

Congrats on your game, i used to play points and clicks when i was younger and that reminded me of that time lol

the ui kinda shifted some times but its minor enough

Thanks so much for playing!

We're aware of the bugs and we might release a complete, better version after the jam, as we had a lot of ideas for it that were not permittable in the restraints. Thanks again for your feedback :)

Ts was so depressing omg :(

I enjoyed it though ! Great story. Not much else I can say, just a really compelling story. I don't think I know enough about stories to actually give useful feedback though, So I won't.

Thanks so much for playing!

Nice work.

Reminds me of that one chubbyemu video

Developer

I have no idea who that is! I need to know! aha

Great job pulling off a complete mystery in such a short amount of time! I thought it was well-paced and written. I would echo the other comment on wishing I could skip the repeated questions, but I think ultimately that's a creative choice. Well done!

Developer

Thanks so much for playing <3

Nice, but I ended up spam clicking by the end. Forcing the same questions you know the answers too didn't make that much sense. Otherwise, thumbs up.

Developer

I understand, unfortunately we ran out of time to expand the dialog as a few more pieces were meant to be put in, but some repetition was intended to be there, as the day is looping over and over. Thank you for playing! I appreciate it :)

Yeah I know most problems are "I know but I ran out of time" but it feels disingenuous not to mention it. Plus it proves I played the game.

Developer

I respect that! thank you :)

Submitted(+1)

Nice one! It's interesting getting the new elements bit by bit

Submitted(+2)

I love how the dialog options float around like your mind is scattered, very thematic!

Developer

Thanks, We had more planned for that, as always :D Glad the intent still was visible ^^

Played it until the end, very nice game

Really interesting story. The characters feel very fleshed out.

Really nice writing, I played until the end! Also didn't suspect the ending

This game feels like the Flash game era back in the day. Love it
