Coming back to say this is still the funniest game in the jam

Not quite a horror game, more a spooky game. Thanks for playing ! Yeah, I thought Inverter Diodes would be easier to understand then they've proven. Not an uncommon issue.  Had I the time for more tutorialisation (Or an animation that actually shows the diode physically turning around) that would be ideal

Fun puzzle platformer. Some of the loops felt redundant in the earlier levels. I bet you could make some really great puzzles with this system, given some more mechanics (and more time to think them up)

Really great pico-8 artstyle. Felt very fun to get the upgrades. Great gameplay loop. I feel though despite the artstyle being nice it might be limiting given this game would be made into a full release. But for the jam it's practical and it looks really good

thanks for playing ! I don’t think it’s a you problem actually, this game is definitely too tricky.

thanks ! I realised the base idea was not actually particularly original so I’m glad the atmosphere made it enjoyable for ya

thanks for playing Ivy. ! glad you liked it so much. And I agree ts IS too hard. I think with puzzle games you really need playtesting which I did not have time for ;( Thank you!!

Thanks, I put alot of work into the aesthetic this time around.

Really good mechanic for a puzzle game. I can imagine it feeling really satisfying in a more polished version with loads of swooping and swooshing effects. Especially once you've set it up to work correctly. I'd say reducing the number of positions you could place your objects would've been good. It felt kind of like "Well, I kinda got the solution, but not quite enough". Doing puzzle games is quite tricky in a game jam though as I have experienced. So well done ! More puzzles please

I really appreciate it. I think I might do a lil post-jam version after the rating period is over. I oughta play your game too !

Ah yeah I added a skip feature for that ! Like, in undertale or something where the text will complete if you click. I'm glad you enjoyed though ! Thank you for playing.

Awh thanks dude. Made my day. Been feeling a bit down on myself as the game isn't perfect but. Thank you. Really.

I think alot of focus went towards the aesthetic here so I'm glad you liked it. And despite the puzzles probably being a bit too tricky I think they're pretty good moments when you solve them.

To be clear, this is after you switched on the generator?

I would recommend playing out of fullscreen, press Alt+Enter

eh ? As in, left mouse button ? Are you sure ? Thats so strange. Like, you just click on it. How strange. Maybe try playing not in full screen ? seriously strange bug

heya, thanks for playing !

I have gotten a bit of feedback saying that the game doesn’t run very well on some PCs. Sorry about that. I think I know what the issue is too. Are you on a laptop perchance?

This game is banging. Surprised to see that it was made in JS. Really fun. The energy system started to become tedious though, and I wish I could put more stuff in the collider (even if there was an upgrade for that)

Very handsome animation if you ask me

Please make a full length metroidvania with insects there's only ONE of them and the way it stands without you there will NEVER be two

Ts was so depressing omg :(

I enjoyed it though ! Great story. Not much else I can say, just a really compelling story. I don't think I know enough about stories to actually give useful feedback though, So I won't.

Hey all, heads up that this game is fine and is not a virus, despite what the quarantine says. (as far as I can tell)

Reminds me of Edmund McMillen's Gray Matter. Classic gameplay loop, I loved weaving inbetween the enemies. Although they couldve had smaller hitboxes. Make me feel like a real wizard yknow

Great lil portal-like. I think that having a section require the use of coyote time kind of defeats the point of said coyote-time. At this rate, someone will invent coyote-time-time. Regardless I managed to get through it, it was very fun after that !

PEEEEEAAAAKKKKK this game is so fuckin good

That gravity box puzzle was really great. Good puzzle moments all around with this one

I guess we doing shapes of various size and colour now

Really fun ! I thought the puzzles ramped up a bit too quickly. I would've liked it if you had to lock in your machine and then run your shape through it the whole way. Regardless I really likey le gnoma

Really great idea. I think it doesn't need to be Conway's game of life to be interesting, but some sort of cellular automata is cool for a puzzle game.

Cool game, Think I encountered a bug at one point which stopped me from progressing. Super fun up until then

Really like the artytyle on this one, reminds me alot of Petscop. The drone controls were kinda funky but that was the point I assume, as it was very fun.

Awesome ! Yeah when the decision was actually meaningful it was very fun

Thanks man ! And lol I did the same as you, too tired to play games

Ah that’s a good idea. Don’t know how I didn’t think of that. Thanks !

The balatro effect is real on this one

I feel like this game wasn't really made with anyone other than yourself in mind. Nothing wrong with that it's really fun I love it. Seriously very fun. It feels alot more "scientific" using an actual (albeit useless) language

How did you make the parry feel so damn good

Reminds me alot of gunpoint / katana 0 (and of course JJBA)

Really fun combat !! I think the platforming could use some work but it's so hard making that feel perfect in a game jam. I reckon the shooting could just be in front of you with a lil aim assist and the level design could accomodate for that. Having to aim takes you out of the action

Not very keen on this glorpo fella

Really elegant puzzle design coming out of a pretty simple concept. The timer actually is a very nice addition, it makes it alot easier to actually do the solution once you figure it out.

Lich Jumpscare halfway through holy

It's difficult, because the dialogue adds alot to the game, but it does innately slow down the WarioWare minigame spam...

What if their dialogue got absurdly quick as things went on that would be funny i thikn

I concur. That snow day level got me as the kids say "Tweaking". Bless the developer for putting a lovely "Skip" level button.

I only got there so quick because I got an email notification 8)

forgot to rate oopsie i do now
