Short but sweet! I like the mechanic it's very creative, and fits the theme well. This could definitely turn into a great puzzle game post jam, with much more complicated levels involving multiple weights of shell, maybe 3 or 4 screen sections, etc. Overall, great entry :)

Thank you for the nice words and glad you enjoyed it!
I did think briefly about trying more than 2 sections of the scale, but my brain wasn't ready for that level of complexity and planning during the jam period. I agree that there could be few different ways of expanding out the puzzles if developed further :)
it's simple but yet original and fun to pla, the use of the theme make it even better ! It's a very good game congrats :D
Was too short for such a fantastic idea, but still you get full rate from me. Great job! so inspiring!
Nice idea! a bit sad it was over so soon, I would have loved to see more puzzles using this mechanics! Congratulation still for making this, it was fun!
Really creative! Good execution and solid submission for the jam; good job!
cute little puzzle game ૮₍´。ᵔ ꈊ ᵔ。`₎ა
luv the incorporation of the theme, quite inventive
Wow. Really impressive for a game jam! Short but in my opinion for a game jam that is a plus. You very quickly and clearly make the concept apparent instead of getting lost in a build up.
Art style is A plus as well, and as other have mentioned the "juice" is great. I actually like the palette personally, but I can see why others say to increase the contrast. Maybe some color options would help, so people could decide for themselves the look, kind of like in Downwell.
Usually I try to give at least some constructive criticism but I don't really have any. Just wanna see more.
Solid little puzzler with some lovely level design here :) the mechanics feel well thought out and are intuitive to use
I love how juicy this feels - the wobbling text, the slight camera shake and movement of the chains when the tower shifts, the movement particles - it just feels really good to play! The pixel art is lovely too, especially that tileset :)
I'd agree with other comments that a palette with slightly higher contrast would be great, and I'd really like to be able to disable the chromatic aberration effect, but these are definitely minor issues - this was really fun!
This was a fun game, I really liked it. I agree with the others about the puzzles so I won't repeat it but I really think with some tweaks, this could be a full game. I loved switching the shell out and realizing that could change the weights of the castle sides. Also, love the green and yellow/orange but I might be partial to the color palette because green is my favorite color. Again, super cute and fun game!!
Echoing some of the comments below - the levels were designed really well and I just intuitively solved them before I fully understood what was happening, while solving a puzzle. Then immediately applying the knowledge to continue the level frictionless. Sad to see that there aren't that many levels, but job really well done!
It might just be my gamer instincts but it was so intuitive for me that I just did everything flawlessly the first try. That is absolutely the mark of a pro game designer, seriously, well done! My only complaint is that there isn't more of it :(
Oh and that the contrast isn't great, maybe brighter oranges would fix it? It just looks too washed out imo
Thank you for playing!
I had hoped to get a few other mechanics introduced that would have ramped up the difficulty more, but that may be a post-jam activity.
Good point on the contrast. The shader overlay washes it out quite a bit.
I'll review some visual improvements such as a toggle for the overlay effect or tweaks to the colour palette.
WOW! this game is super creative, I love the concept so much, it seems insanely polished for a 4 day game. I love the idea!
