Nice game! The spaceship felt a lil slow to control, so it was a bit hard to position yourself well or avoid projectiles. Also, as the level got harder and you needed to be bigger to destroy shields it also made it more difficult to use a larger size, since you'd absorb a bunch of bullets in the are and then when you ent back to small you still had to shoot a bunch to manage to kill anything. At least there was no penalty for letting enemies get past you and out of the screen, so that's a nice way to balance that it's hard to destroy them when there's so many.
It's a nice game :)) I think it would be cooler if everything was a bit faster
Simple game idea yet very cool ! (maybe try to add feedbacks on shoot, it can be unclear sometime with all the mess ahah)
Loved the game made 64k score on the second try .It was fun that you can updrade both ships the small one and the big.It was challenging but i enjoyed it.
Lets see if you can win in my game :)
Very enjoyable to play! Really nice balance between small scale being nimble and big scale being destructive.
I really like the visuals and style! The gameplay is pleasant but rather conventional for this kind of games. The scaling twist is cool but I feel like it has more potential for strategizing and interesting gameplay choices. For now the game just forces you to change scales and basically switch gameplay type A to gameplay type B. But overall nicely done!
The game feels nice to play, and I enjoy the power-up progression. However, a big issue is that the enemy projectiles, being dark as they are, kind of blend in with the background, making the game difficult to read.
I do enjoy the artstyle and the slightly calmer pace that you decided to pick.
Pretty good overall!
Amazing arcade style game!
Great game ! I like the style and it's quite addictive, well done !
Great minds think alike :) Haha, great game, nice idea. I was impressed by the different enemy types you managed to have, well done. The difficulty curve was smooth and the gameplay was nice.
I think that the big scale was superior to the small in the late game, found myself only switching to the small one when I had to dodge or pick up an upgrade.
Really nice, good job!
Nice game! Good incorporation of the theme into the gameplay. Could use a bit more game juice to make it more satisfying to play. Good job!
The vibes of this game were so immaculate. Well done!
Size changing adds an interesting element to this classic game type. It would be interesting if it mattered which ship type picked up what upgrade so you could decide if you wanted a specific bonus on your small ship or big but generally had a blast. Great game, great work
Very fun arcade type game! Amazing art aesthetics! The pause screen was a very nice addition. Although, I never figured out how to actually switch weapons lol, but the size changing element added some extra strategy! I encountered one bug where powerups float down even while paused. But still, overall, well done!
really nice game, I never really played bullet hells, but as I made one myself, I now need to test them all. I enjoyed tactically adjusting my size, and dodge patterns felt very fair, but I don't know, if there was an option to choose weapons. It seems like I always was stuck with the last one I got an upgrade for
love art style, SFX make me thing of arcade game
A bit more juice would have been really great. I like bullet hells, but they need a lot of bullets, and a way to feel great about navigating them and feeling powerful. Really liked the two modes of the ship!
Love the different mechanics for the different sizes!
This is a functional game, but I feel like it needs a little special sauce to be great. The shield enemies were the best part.
Nice job! I wish the ship was smaller in both sizes, but that might just be because I'm bad lol. Also kinda wish you could zip around a little quicker. That said, Love how some of the firing patterns require you to be small, and some of the ships shields require you to be big. Seems like a great implementation of like a 'reason' to need to be big and small. I had fun - nice work!
