Simple concept but very interesting. The gameplay could use some more polish, but other than that, great job!

The idea is fantastic, I'd like to play a game in which I can control monsters insted of heroes! However, the demo must be refined to really shine, expecially the interface (I know it's almost impossible to do all that in a 48 h jam!). Anyway, good job guys!
I had more fun with this than I thought! It feels like a good start to something. I like the simplistic graphics but there needed to be more feedback in the battle scenes.
nice little game. Some dude was invulnerable... I attacked it 50 times... some visual and audio feedback during attack would be nice.
Good work!
Pretty neat game here! Had some issues in certain points, but I think its standard for a jam's game, so good job!
Intriguing concept, I got into a battle and couldn't seem to defeat the knight but they also didn't attack back
not a big fan of that particular pixelart but the gameplay is good! congrat's!
The game could have used a better tutorial as others have said, but there is a good foundation here!
I really like the art style and the idea, but I had some issues with the keybindings. It took me a while to figure out what key to use to select (it was the 'z' key for anyone else who sees this) and it still wasn't super clear in the combat, since there was no acknowledgement of what was happening, besides the enemies eventually disappearing.
So, obviously there's a LOT of work that has gone into making this game work, and there's a LOT of features I'm sure you would still want to implement if you had more time, but overall, the game has some good bones on it! The character switching seems like it could have some neat interactions with the fractionally changed powers introduced. The art is nice, and I'm a big fan of Godot (it's what we used as well!) It at least got me thinking about what a more fleshed out version could be, which is half the battle in a game jam. Nice work.
The monster party system has potential to be a particularly engaging one. I was immediately contemplating what other effective parties I could put together by combining skeletons, goblins, and golems. Having a group of monsters sitting around and waiting for a hero to fight them introduces opportunities for some excellent meta-humor.
