Yo. I made a top 10 video of the best games I played from the jam.

(Spoiler alert, this game is in it)

Check it out!

I liked the sense of atmosphere even with less colors because of the well drawn levels. Also nice controls but at start it takes a while to familiarize. Some form of in-game guide would be nice. Awesome work!

Feel free to hop into my game as well and share your thoughts and ratings if you have the time!

The idea of having two opposite characters who influence each other is compelling! I think you could further build upon this by making the characters play a bit more differently from one another--let one reach places the other could not if they could switch places, or have the two characters take influences from different game genres, etc. Good job!

Cool concept. Would love to see more of a puzzle aspect to levels as right now its more like "find the button"

fun intuitive puzzles! at some points I wasn't sure if my progress gets undone when it switches back to the character because the button would become unpressed, but overall cute and fun!

One of the best games in this jam

really fun platformer, I would only suggest having an option to skip turn to switch to the other character without having to wait for the timer. I was going to suggest being able to use both wasd and arrows for both players but maybe if future maps had both players active at the same time having them split would allow for this.

Pretty fun idea. Great visuals.

My only suggestion if you keep working on it is to add a bit more interaction between the level halves.

As is, each character only impacts their half of the level. There would be great puzzle opportunities if one character could impact the environment of the other.

Great entry! Thanks!

I like the art and the polish, but not really pushing the theme. Reminds me of Binary Land.

Feels like a complete game, not just like a game jam game. Having more levels would be great. Best game I played so far from GMTK Game Jam.

Very cool idea. I liked the platformer controller too, it seems you know what you are doing :D
Great job

Cool concept and great black and white pixel style

Aww, what a cute little love story :) sort of plays out like portal 2 coop or something like that (very good). It'd be cool to see a multiplayer mode in the future but of course the game wouldn't be the same that way. I really liked the artstyle aswell its very cute

The art and music were both great, and the game has a great concept would love to see more levels in the future

Nice job!  I like the visual theming a lot.  It looks like there is a lot more that you can do with the idea.

This game is a really cool take on the theme. I only wish I had more to play!

A solid game with a fun concept. In the level 3 the difficulty ramps a little too much but it`s good for a game jam.

Really cool! One thing I could see to amp up the role reversal more could be to swap how the objects work between the two characters. For example, the fans push for one character, but pull for the other.

1-bit art styles where I can tell what is going on always impress me, great job!

Very cool game, great 1-bit presentation! playing solo it's a bit akward to switch between wasd and arrow buttons, I'd probably just allow both for both players.

I love the style of this game, it's very nice. Very creative!
