Thank you so much! Glad you liked it <3

Thank you for your feedback, and sorry you lost but don't worry you are not the only one that have been defeated by these damn foxes ahah.
The issue you are talking about was a choice when releasing the game for the jam because we did not want the player to feel like he lost his retreat for this level without clicking on the button. It will be added in the post jam version because you are not the only one to find it weird.

Thank you for your kind words. Happy that you liked it!

Very fun concept! Great execution. I would have loved to restart only the level I was trying to beat but I am guessing this is part of the concept. Anyways, good game I loved it. Good job!

Hahah really funny controlling a car in versus battle game. Liked the background art also. Good job

I liked the idea of reversing the most common concept in platformers aka trying to get all the collectibles. Good game!

Very good game idea! Made me think of "Legend of Keepers but reversed ahah
I think with a few adjustments it could be a really fun game to play (I was having trouble using my spells and actually do damage as the boss in the end)

Such a clever idea! I liked all the mechanics you added to make the puzzles interesting!
The end of level screen makes me think you could release it as a mobile app and I think people would actually download it ahah
Good job

Wow the movement inertia is really present! I couldn't control my spaceship as well as I wanted. But I don't know if it's a bad thing since it gives the feeling you are really floating into space, which fits the game narrative.
I liked the idea! Good job :)

Reached level 10 on first try ! I loved that you rated the performance on the losing screen ahah. Cool addition to a really fun game, well executed

Good job!

Best narrative game I'v played in the jam. It really fits the theme on gameplay and narrative. Cute pastel arts. Outstanding 11/10 <3
Good job !

NICE! It's actually VERY nice!! I had a lot of fun playing your game. It's well executed, fluid and satisfying. The game is self-explanatory and you understand quickly what you should do and what you should'nt.
Great job!

Really cool idea! I liked the fact that you could put two actions in one color and change them while the game progresses. I think I understand why you had to reset the character position to the checkpoint at every change in the level (I am guessing moving platforms timing were the issue). However as a player it feels kinda weird and you want to see your guy continue running as you edit the level.

Very good entry! Thanks for the game

Well the game is super easy to beat as there is no cooldown on the 3 cactus when you clicked on the 1 cactus. Other than that, great execution of the good old runner with great execution of the dino run art style.
Great job

I really really liked the feel of the game. The progression you get as you progress wave by wave is really cool. It even felt more like a rogue lite game and this adds a lot to the tower offense idea.

Good job

Haha good joke, made me laugh. Thanks for playing !

Graphics and sound are really really cool :) I had more trouble understanding what to do inside the game, but overall funny interpretation of the theme, more in a narrative way.

Thanks for the game ! Good job

Wow! At first I did not think I would put so much time to your game, but it is actually a gem.
You executed very well the "you control the platform instead of the player" idea. I had tons of fun playing it

Great job and thanks for your game!

Good take on the prey becomes the hunter idea! I liked the worms jump mechanic, made me think to "Worms" the game actually :D
Great job!

Awesome art style & very creative idea! I liked it
Congrats

Very well polished game! I agree with advices on getting the corners smoother that could ease the player change of directions. Also it could be frustrating getting killed multiple times in a row without any chance to survive because you spawn enclosed around walls very close to the PagMan.

But overall this is a great game and I had fun. Thanks for your work!

Very cool idea. I liked the platformer controller too, it seems you know what you are doing :D
Great job

This is just a g reat game! The idea is good, there are funny dialogs and the gameplay is at the same time very simple and yet has a lot of mechanics that makes you want to play more and more to get the 3 stars on every level :D
Very good job, congrats!

Good idea! I struggled to get past the knife going through the plank at regular strikes T_T

Thanks for the game :)

Very good puzzle game! I have helped Bipboop reach the level 5 but I'm stuck now ahah
Amazing idea and realization.

Good job!

Very very clever puzzle game, with beautiful execution and art style. Very well polished game. I had to scratch my head to solve the puzzles. I liked it a lot. I wish it was shown in the top 20 video.

Good job!

I really had a great time playing the game! It is easy enough to understand very quickly, but it gets harder and harder the more mines come out on the screen.
Also great job on the art, it was very on point.
Nobody touches Fin Diesel's family! Ahahah

Good job!

I was trying to break the game running for my life and ignoring all the turrets, but I could'nt do it daaamn :( Had to actually learn how to shoot and move at the same time ahah. Good idea to add some collectables to make it worth it killing turrets.

Great job!

Nice take on the reversed tower defense style. Great minds think alike ;)
The levels were not too easy. I liked it, good job!

Solid reversal tower defense mechanics, I liked the diversity of what you designed and implemented ! Great work :)

Yes sprint speed as the base speed is good, also try to make to have a different gravity force after the character reached the highest point of the jump and stuff like that. Actually there is a great GMTK video about it named "Why does celeste feel so good to play?" that could help you see what I mean ahah
Platformer controller is really difficult to implement, but if you want a better game feel, you should definitely check this kind of stuff :)

Very cute puzzle platformer! I liked the idea of being the flag ahah. Totally fits with the theme!
Great job :)

Played until the end. I loved the little platforming puzzles you created. I was really into it while playing. Just please remove inertia, it's just sooo frustrating.
The art was really good too, making it a whole game where mechanics and storytelling fit together. We need more games like this!

Very great job!

Once upon a time... a jammer played your game and liked it very much :)
The art produced is really amazing for this short amount of time. The platformer needs a bit more work to give an even better game feel. Personnaly, I was always using sprint since the speed was too slow by default.

Still, I had fun to play! Great job!

Great game ! Very fun to play. A very good idea that fits the Roles reversed theme.
Good job

Could also fit with the "Linked together" theme of a previous GMTK!
Very funny, well done

Very cool idea. I did the thing with sizing down before the lvel asking for it. I was sure it was not intentional but it was actually a feature ahah!
Great job it is very fun to play :)

I love puzzle games and this one is the best I've played in the jam so far! Can easily get into top 100.
Clever mechanics and puzzle design. I completed it entirely
Thanks for the game, awesome work!

Loved the character design! I encountered a bug where I couldn't get my character out of the hiding box ahah. Still fun to play.

Thank you for your game

Great realization of the idea where the platforms are moving the character to solve the levels :)
I like the art style too. Very well done for this amount of time.
(just the rotation of the platform was a bit laggy, maybe due to the use of Unity's physics collision detection)

Still great game, thanks for sharing it!
