Upgrades did not reset when you restart the game after you die

Super fun take on a wave shooter! The limitation of being tethered to a power source creates fun challenges and encouraged me to consider my next upgrade carefully

pretty cool. maybe you can make the bullet speed a bit faster but other than that, I really liked it.

Great fun! Some clever limitations regarding the fact that you can only upgrade near the base and that the rope can wrap around obstacles. Sadly aiming with the mouse was slightly off, which made surviving a little harder than necessary and the (web) game crashed multiple on me after gameover. But still: very enjoyable, gave it multiple tries and found every single one of them entertaining!

This was super cool, and the obstacles were a great bit of design that really made the cord more interesting. I feel like I quickly took tons of damage as soon as anything hit me, but maybe that's just because I didn't put enough points into durability. Also, the aim didn't directly align with my mouse position, which took a fair bit of getting used to. Still, this was lots of fun. Good work!

This was such a fun premise with an absolutely bonkers story, haha!! I loved the controls, they felt really good and fair, and the graphics were really fun. The mechanic of having to manage your wire getting caught on stuff was really cool (and realistic, looking at my tangle of wires across my living room...) and the chaos of fighting was very fun. My only quibble is that once I died, the game automatically restarts but in slow-motion, and then crashes. Reloading fixes this, but it seems to happen to me after every game over. But it's understandable to have bugs in a 48hr game, especially when you have so much going on in it like this game does! Great job!

By the way, we played your game on our stream last night!

Cool game, really like how the long even with a longer chain you still get limited were you walk due to the tree stumps that get placed.

Love how the long chain was a blessing and a curse. Fun mechanic, good gamefeel with screenshakes and grenade explosions! Nice work.

Super cool! Having to deal with wrapping the cable around enemies and the pillars lead to some sticky situations. Awesome job!

Loved it! Awesome concept, nicely implemented! Well done!

Liked to obstacle the building presented to shoot enemies from below. Was a nice twist

Had a lot of fun with this one. Managing your cable as your get wrapped around by oncoming enemies was very engaging to manage. Awesome stuff!

The pixel scaling may be a bit off, and the player aims a little bit off of where the mouse is, but other than that I think that the game is really fun to play! Nice work!

Very nice concep! very nervous and well rounded ! Loved it ! great job !

I might have encountered a small bug (or it might be a feature I'm not sure). I noticed the prices doesn't resets when you die. easily fiexd by reloading the game.

anyway, great job again !

Reminds me alot of the good old wave shooter times but now with a catch!
Really love that you can buy extra wire and later the map includes boxes where you get caught up. Just amazing and one of my favourite games in this Jam!

Controlls are very smooth, Graphics could be a little bit better but overall the concept which fits the Jams theme is implemented nice!

Pretty fun! Really liked the progression aspect with the shop, and the promise of getting some bonuses when I managed to extend my wire.
