That was really fun! Looks and plays great. Music choices give the right vibe, too. The shop button didn't seem to do anything though, I guess that's a work-in-progress feature? Also, it was weird how the game didn't have an ending, you're just suddenly thrown back to main menu. And sometimes some enemies got stuck in a wall in their spawn, but that didn't bother me that much since it left plenty of time to gather all the loot from the other enemies.
The game art is cool! I enjoyed picking up enemy parts but did not do much with them - the shop only worked once but after I bought health regen I got negative health and died immediately after an enemy hit me. But all in all, it has been satisfying playing this game!
I liked the premise of this. While it made me a little more than overpowered towards the end, it felt pretty fun to rip through enemies while becoming steadily more powerful. This was occasionally glitchy and spawned enemies in walls a few times, but I was always able to find them with use of the arrow. Good job!
This looks and feels really well made, I really like that you can see your progression on your character. I got negative health when I bought health regen and got one-shotted with full HP :P Other than that it was a fun game and I really appreciate the little arrow ^^
This game is excellent! One of my favorites! Though all I could imagine while playing was this same concept done in the new Doom games lol. Really like the strategy of the monster parts upgrading individual stats but then also using them to buy upgrades, only thing I'd say is that after buying something from the shop it seems like if you have parts left over they should still give you the appropriate stat increase rather than it being reset all the way down to zero. All in all big fan of this game and it's quite a polished experience!
Huh, didn't realise that Doom did it too - but if it worked for them, I suppose it can work for me too! And the parts going to zero was a bug I never did figure out - I did manage to make it go to 0 instead of the negatives (except for health, for some reason?), but it was still an annoying little thing. It's great to hear you had fun, though, and thank you for the feedback!
This game has a beautiful art style, and it was a lot of fun running around and navigating the space and different spawn areas to survive the waves of attack! For whatever reason, the shop didn't seem to work for me and I wasn't able to access it so I ended up running around with a giant blob of enemy guts attached to me at all times. Still, I had a lot of fun with the game and would absolutely come back to it! Good job.
Cool art style. I also hit some weird bugs, like my health became negative after trying to buy regen. Fun game though and interesting trade off between spending the gibs for abilities and hoarding them for power.
I love the tradeoffs that you have to make between your stats and your abilities, really makes you weight the value of everything very carefully. Amazing work, this is really quite addicting. Feels bad to kill these cute creatures but oh well, they seem happy enough about it >:3
Really well executed! Created interesting situations where I had to pick whether to collect gibs or finish off other threats first. Screen shake is a bit much, and could have used a bit more level variety, but it was a fun time overall!
The shooting action is great, the attack feels nice and juicy. I like the pixel art and colors. Well done!
It was a real pleasure to play this game! A good concept mixed with a good art and audio.
Great job!
